Yes, there are times that service is a bit slow at the pharmacy, but for the past year or so my experience has been that they attempt to have an additional member of staff help out. I have never been treated rudely by the pharmacy staff, and have been going there since this location opened. Today, my physician sent over an urgent prescription request in order to avoid my symptoms developing into pneumonia. They had my prescription ready for pickup in about 30 minutes! I can deal with a wait once in a while for urgent service like I experienced today. How could I possibly have received my prescription quickly from an online service? As another person posted, I like having a pharmacy where there is someone I can talk to in person. Thanks, Walgreens!

Ok Walgreens, you've apparently lost your mind. Why do you charge less for items that are online than In store and not honor online prices??! If you think I'm ever going to shop in your store now -you're crazy. I'll always just think it's cheaper online. Shame on you for having 2 different price points for the same items. Whoever thought that was a good idea is a complete idiot.

Review is for the pharmacy, customer service in the other part of the store has always been very good.I've been getting my prescriptions from this Walgreens for the past 4 years. I could get them cheaper (at the request of my insurance) if I were to purchase them online but I like the human touch of talking to an actual person, and I also like keeping my purchases in my community, so I choose to get them filled here. After today, no longer.The service in the pharmacy has always left a little to be desired, but today I was treated so poorly, I'll never go back. For some reason, there has been a glitch in the refill system and instead of getting refills every month, I have been getting refills every 2 weeks. These refills come with a daily text and daily phone call, so I wanted to clear the issue up and have the system updated. As I was picking up my refills today, I told the woman assisting me of the issue and she was instantly defensive, unhelpful, and rude. She kept talking over me in a loud angry voice telling me all I could do is go home and cancel it myself. For whatever reason, me bringing up the problem really pushed her buttons. After attempting to have her change the refill date in the system multiple times, I had to ask for someone else to help me. Another woman came over and adjusted the date.The whole experience was so poor. No one with this kind of an attitude should be working in a customer service position, let alone one where they are dealing with personal medical issues. So much for wanting to keep my money in my community. Online from now on is how I'll be filling my prescriptions.

Multiple times this store has tried to charge me for prescriptions covered by insurance. Best to go elsewhere and avoid any hassles.
