Kelsey did an awesome job in keeping me informed of the service status and answered my questions. The service work was done in a timely manner and my truck was returned in a clean condition. Always have experienced great service here.

I have an aging Suburban that I am entrusting to Wilcoxson to fix. I believe you are a more reputable service group than most in Pueblo. Unfortunately this time a part was omitted from being installed back on my vehicle which I didn’t notice until I opened the hood due to another issue. Fortunately Jacob was able to find my part and have it reinstalled upon my visit. I know things happen on occasion. I will continue to use Wilcoxson in the future.

Horrible service by a horrible company. My Wife had to have her brand new GMC Yukon Denali towed to this location because it was the closest GMC dealer. Her $90K new car with only 6500 mile had a blown engine (bearing missing from manufacturer). Jarod the service manager at the time gave us the continual run-around. Stories never matching up and going back and fourth on whether we would get a new engine or rebuilt engine. When we got the vehicle back after 62 days I received the keys and went to leave the lot when I noticed my wife's brand new white leather seats where covered in mechanics grease and oil. the head liner also had a stain. Then several weeks later after getting my car back I am told by the new service manager Michael that I will not be getting reimbursed for insurance costs associated with the rental car. The original service manager Jarod told me that I would have to pay for insurance costs on rental out of pocket and that they would be reimbursed after my warranty issue was resolved. Jason Bennett the general manager laughed at me when I told him what was going on and said that the insurance was my problem and that they would not cover it. The cheapest insurance that Hertz offers is over $25 a day and i had to pay out of pocket over $1,700 for the 62 days of rental insurance. Pretty sad that this cost me so much considering it was a brand new vehicle with 6500 miles and neither GMC or Wilcoxson cares to make it right. I would give negative star rating if it would let me.

The experience was unlike any other dealership. I worked with Weston G. Weston was super eager to make sure my experience was top notch. He was cool and he has a bigger butt than Captain America!!! (Go check it out) Just can’t beat that experience.

Well, I have multiple issues with this place.1st I live in Thornton and they were aware of that and when I got there the car had about 5 decent sized hell dents on the hood. They didn't even tell me about them before I drove down. 2nd the car was making noise and the sales person, Joe, took a test drive with me and sore that it was just an exhaust bracket that was loose. I asked him multiple times and he was 100% certain as he was a muscle car guy. Well stupid me took his word for it and turns out he was wrong.I called and talked to him and he didn't even try to help me or even offer any solutions. It has taken them 2 weeks to get back to me and finally they did and offered to get me $1000 off an extended warranty but that I needed to bring the car down and have them go through it and If they found anything I would be liable to fix it before they could honor the warranty. Well there is in fact something wrong as it still makes the same noise as the day I drove it off the lot and the car has just over 1000 miles on it since I bought it. So these people are your typical car sales men and don't care about the customer nor what they sell you. I would NOT recommend doing business with them at all. If I could give them a zero star I would.

I do not recommend using their service department as their lack of integrity may leave you with damage to your vehicle. I question the repairs they claim so they wouldn't have to claim them under warranty. I also noted my alignment was out after receiving the truck back and I had just had it done a week prior at a different service center near my home. Come to find out, the cam nuts on the control arms had been loosened causing damage to my tires and could have caused serious damage to my truck had they not been discovered when I had to have the truck realigned again. The original repair was in the engine compartment and they should have had no reason to do anything with that front end. I will never use them for service or sales.

Responsibility, integrity and customer service are terrible!!!We bought a $64,000. RAM truck from them. The CARFAX said there were no accidents but the back bumper was dented and pushed in. We inquired if there was any damage to the rest of the truck and were assured there was not. When we took it to our paint and body shop to get the bumper repaired, they showed us several things that indicated the side panel definitely had been poorly repaired and painted and that most car dealerships should have been able to see the cheap repairs. We were delayed in addressing the issue because of a cancer diagnosis, surgery and treatment shortly after our purchase. We took it to Mike Barko, the current General Sales Manager. (the people we worked with no longer work there) We told him we hoped they would split the cost of the repair - their share being only $1000.-1500. After discussing with his boss, they absolutely refused and indicated that we might have wrecked our truck after the purchase. These people do not value repeat business or the integrity of their customers.

Actually "padded" my bill! With a $48+ fee, which wasn't mentioned in the approved charges. They've always been excellent at advising me of all costs before work begins. When I complained, Kelsey, new girl who likes to "circle-back" indicated, "this is a Shop Charge Fee and it's something we include on all tickets. It helps us cover cleaners and bolts and that type of thing" Offers me a free oil change. How about not "padding" my bill and I'll gladly pay for my next oil change? One expects more from a dealership and this kind of dishonesty is what gives dealerships a bad reputation.

I live in Austin. So challenging to buy a truck in Pueblo. The Wilcoxson team were fantastic to work with. Mike L. made the experience worth the trip. He took great care in showing the features of a beautiful red Canyon. Tom was well prepared in dealing with paperwork, always a pain to deal with. Great job by all.

I once highly recommended Wilcoxson, I now no longer trust the service depart here. Long story short, I use Wilcoxson all the time for routine maintenance, recently they’ve hiked their prices way up. My wife went in for an oil change they refused to quote her on price until it was completed, at which time they hit her with a bill of nearly double their past prices. If you call or go in for a service and they refuse to quote you on the job before the work has been done, no matter if you have done countless business with them in the past, take that refusal of a quote as a bad sign and go do business elsewhere. In the past we’ve used gmc for a number of services on our vehicles. They’ve always been up front and professional. I’ve always highly recommended them. (Which is unusual for a dealership) The last time we used them, my wife took her car for an oil change and we had a much different experience, more along the lines of slimy dealership antics. Historically they’ve had great pricing at 45 bucks out the door (I keep all my service records), and they’ve always been speedy, and very polite. This last time, we made our oil change appointment as usual and my wife took our two kids with her to drop off her car. As she handed the keys over she asked for a quote, to which the mechanic working said they wouldn’t be able to give one until the oil change was done. My wife noted that was strange but knowing the price in the past she wasn’t too concerned. She proceeded to sit in the waiting room for an hour with our two children, mind you we made an appointment well in advance and past experience was usually a max of 30 minutes. During this wait a different mechanic than the first tried upselling her on a number of further repairs, (par for the course, my wife denied as we all do, no harm done) my wife asked again to this new mechanic what the cost of the oil change would be since this mechanic was quoting prices for all sorts of other repairs. This mechanic again tells her the oil change is not done yet and it would be impossible to tell her the cost until it was. When her vehicle was finished she paid $75. This was quite a shock, at a $30 dollar increase over the previous price. When she relayed this information to me the very first thing I did was call and ask for a quote on an oil change for her specific car, which I was immediately quoted $75 and told that was a standard price by two different employees who literally looked it up in there system. To be clear it’s not the change in price that I’m so dissatisfied with, prices are jumping all over the place these days… a price hike is to be expected. What has me so disappointed is the decline in customer service… To lie to my wife when she’s there with my two children, and refuse a quote for a standard service and then hit her with an outrageous bill, well that’s the upsetting part. What that says to me, is that what they told her about having to do the service before they could give her a price was an outright lie, and one intended to be predatory toward a woman and her two children. I believe the mechanics here wanted to trap her into paying for a service she otherwise would not have had done.To add to that predatory behavior…before letting my wife leave with her keys, they were very aggressive about adding on the additional services they attempted to upsell earlier. Mind you these are all services which have already been performed via myself or our other usual mechanic (the transmission doctor, John, and the import doctor, Josh, located in pueblo west. I highly recommend them) Nonetheless the service mechanic insisted my wife would be foolish not to have these repairs done immediately?. Moreover, I have been calling everyday for a week trying to speak with the manager, and he refuses to even take my call. Everyday the receptionist hurries me to his voicemail. It seems to me this dealership has either undergone a leadership change, or needs to undergo one. This steep decline in customer service has totally changed my opinion of them in just one oil change.
