“I had such a fun experience at Maurices! The manager, Heidi, went above and beyond by doing a try-on party for me and my friends! She picked out outfits for us, helped us find the right sizes, and was so encouraging the whole time—hyped us up and made us feel great! The prices were super reasonable, and there were so many cute clothes to choose from. We left feeling confident and happy. Highly recommend shopping here, especially if Heidi is around!”
“People who shop here are affectionately referred to as "real dealers," and it's a fun club to be in. The displays are beautiful, and the seasonal items are unique and fun! They have fun events throughout the year and the staff is amazing. They even get customer input when they go to market so the real dealers have a say in what ends up in the shop! If you see an item you like gran it while you cam because chances are good it will not be there when you go back. Check out this gem of a store.”

“I got a gift card for this place for Christmas in which I used to purchase a new pair of boots. After about 3 months, the heel ripped off the right boot. Which I must admit that was pretty freaking quick, work boots usually last me 3-5 years. It's probably just a one-off fluke.
Anyway, I lost the receipt, so I went in there hoping they would be able to look it up by phone number. It was my first time in Cavender's, and I guess I didn't expect to be back for a good while, so I didn't put in my phone #.
However, they were able to find the transaction in their system by combination of it being a gift card purchase and the boot brand/style to find my transaction and traded me out for a new pair. Top notch customer service. Had I gone anywhere else, I'm sure I would have had to eat the loss due to not having my receipt.”
