I wish i could give 0 starsI'm over comcast finally!!! They STOLE almost $1000 unauthorized from my checking account. I had to pay the bank to have it refunded. They have over charged me for the last 4 months. Customer service sucks. Numerous calls, numerous hours just to get no where. I signed up for Hughesnet today. I will let you know how that works out, incase you are looking to change internet as well.

Jordan, the young lady that set up my account was so helpful and diligent. I transferred my number from Xfinity Mobile who is a nightmare!! It took a long time only because Xfinity is so difficult!! Jordan just kept trouble shooting and it all bed well. However, her supervisor walked right by me, didn't greet me or look at me with a real scowl on her face! Another customer came in a she was rude to them

We went into this store to see if we could get a different plan that isn't so costly. We've been customers since we moved here in 2015 but our bill has kept going up with no new features. We had to have a rep come out a few months ago and he found that 5 or 6 additional lines were spliced into ours..so that helped the buffering at least! We waited about 15 mins to talk to a lady that gave us the worst customer service I've seen in a long time! We asked about our bill and she said nope, sorry we can't do anything for you. At the time we weren't sure of our speed. She could have at least said well, let's look at your usage and maybe we can find a different plan. Nope. All she said was possible was we could go down in speed for only 15 dollars less. We just left. It was like ok bye! She would rather have lost customers of 9 years instead. Terrible customer service.

Definitely not happy with xfinity lately not the store but the business. I'm hoping a resolution for my situation is resolved. They may not be as trustworthy as I thought. I Do not recommend them.

Sadly, I said goodbye to Xfinity as where I've moved, they don't provide service. I've been a loyal customer for years. I will miss them. The staff at the Pueblo store are courteous, friendly and professional.

Customer service makes or breaks a business. The crew here, specifically DQ and the new guy he was training (sorry, forgot your name!), got me in and out with new cell phone service with minimal hassle. Comcast gets a bad rep but these guys are doing their best to improve the customer experience. Keep it up!
