Called down here looking for a cylinder head Temperature sensor for an 09 ford fusion two point three liter.Engine not only did the young lady on the phone, not know that it was a four cylinder.She gave me the wrong information that she had it.And she didn't, I was very clear about what it was.And she didn't have a clue.Just wasted a trip coming down here from battlement mesa a 40 mile round-trip. Train your people better. Because this lady didn't have a clue. She was a young lady with long dark hair and glasses. Couldn't get her name because her hair was covered over her badge.

I got a radiator and 2 hoses and we'll, auto zone is just that, fair price but not always available. And most everything has to be ordered in. To be fair it is a small town and a small store.

Our experience today didn’t start out so great. However James the commercial sales manager came to the rescue and made everything right. Our batteries were not even a year old but because they didn’t take our number when we first bought them they were not going to warranty them. James stepped in and not only did he replace them, but he actually sold us the correct ones. He was very kind, professional, and we walked out very pleased. So thank you James for being GREAT at your job.

Most of the time my go to, but the past two times not so much. Got the wrong relay from Gilbert the other day. Then the younger male customer service rep with dark long hair and a goatee that normally works in commercial was as personable as a box. I was just buying brakes and oil and he started to bring rotors and got mad at me when all I asked him for was brake pads. Why does it seem like customer service died with covid

Well, I guess my heart is now owned by AutoZone in Rifle. I have been there twice, once for directions, and the other time (today) for truck wiper blades. I'm just overwhelmed with the great customer service from the employees. Rarely do I get treated so good in a retail store. Thank you AutoZone for having the right attitude towards customers. May success attend your efforts.
