The worst shop in Colorado for sure, they will rip you out 100% warranty on that, I took my vehicle with them and I went 3-4 times to see how was everything in the period of 3 months asking how was the estimate for the vehicle every time was “under $1,000” I was cool with that surprise when they gave me the invoice for $2312.21 for a used battery, oil change, “clean spark plugs” (NOT EVEN NEW SPARK PLUGS) and they “rebuilt my carburetor” guess what never fire up at first time, (brand new Weber carb with electric choke is around $500) so I came to pick it out 3 minutes later my fj40 died…. On my way home! The owner of this shop make me to buy an unnecessary new gas tank he quoted me the same gas tank for more than $100 from the original price so when I bring it BRAND NEW he realized was not necessary and used the “old one” a complete JOKE (so I lost another $300) !! I would never ever recommend this shop to anyone, unless you want to loose your money for a job is never going to be done even properly! Yes they may ask friends to put nice reviews do not trust them as you can see in the pictures judge if $1600 on labor for the job not even done properly is fair!?

My 2006 Tacoma is not only my primary driver, it is my only driver. I bought it new in 12/2005 and we have journeyed 357k+ miles together. Suffice it to say, I take its care and feeding quite seriously. Although it is mostly a pavement pounder, I do enjoy some off-pavement activity. Over the years and miles, I felt its capability could be better.Bruce at CODE4X4 OFFROAD in Rifle CO came up with a solution that has not only improved my Tacoma's offroad capability but did so without sacrificing its pavement performance. In fact, it feels more capable onroad and offroad now. This is due to Bruce making the most of my existing parts as well as suggesting/adding excellent upgrade parts choices. Admittedly, mine was a mild upgrade. However, should I decide to go beyond mild, CODE 4X4 OFFROAD is without doubt where I will go to answer the call of the wild. Thanks CODE 4X4!~ Mike R. ~Service: Steering/Suspension

Bad customer service, the dude who owns the place is a tool. I wish I had gotten my lift kit installed somewhere else that would have charged double

Code 4x4 recently finished replacing the bushings on our 2001 Jeep Wrangler's long-arm lift. This was the last of the improvements recommended after evaluating our Jeep after purchase in August, 2020. Code 4x4 also changed the fluids in the differentials, re-routed an exhaust that had heated a hole in a control arm, and welded the control arm defect. I highly recommend Code 4x4 for work on Jeeps and other off-road or custom 4x4 vehicles.

I had my rock sliders installed here and couldn't be happier. Shop was clean, professional, quick and fair. Chris was awesome to work with and even game me a ride when my pickup was late! Above and beyond service. I highly recommend getting your work done here.

Chris has worked on my car for a number of years now, and is straight up and honest about the work that needs to get done. He has been helpful in directing me elsewhere when work needs to be done closer to home. Go here if you want honest quality work done.

Had some repairs done to my Ram 3500 front axle. It was done in a neat, clean and professional manner. I would definitely recommend them for any 4X4 and "normal" vehicle repairs. Altho they specialize in 4X4 work.
