The staff are always amazing! Their kindness and compassion really shined through when I had to send my dog on her journey to doggie heaven. One of the hardest moments of my life, but the amazing staff were so kind, patient and supportive. The individual service they provide to each animal is superior to any other vet we have used. We will continue to use them for all of our pet needs. ❤️

These guys are awesome. They got my cat in last minute, were very friendly and professional and thorough about my cats asthma treatment. The technician even brought my cat back out to the car because I had my two year old daughter with me. They went above and beyond the expectation. Thanks guys, I'm very grateful.

Dr. Nancy and all the staff were extremely nice and provided excellent care for our dog. We are from out of town with an emergency and they got us in to see Dr. Nancy. We will be forever grateful!

They tried to charge an arm and a leg to kill my dog. After years of their care I was sure he was about to die. They had him on apoquel, which was $289/m and he stopped eating. Its a known side effect of apoquel, but they still wanted to charge $500 for blood work, $25 for a dewormer, $200 for a doctors visit, $60 for heart worm medicine, and $3000 or more in extractions. The dewormer almost killed him. Took him to 2 other vets who explained Valley Vet is Corporate so theres a MBA telling the doctor what to prescribe. Its a dangerous racket. My dog is now healthy, looks like a happy puppy again. Needs nothing but a $6/month pill. Gained weight back, is eating. They tried to make a profit to murder my dog bc of their corporate greed. I hope they shut down for GOOD! SICK SICK PEOPLEUpdate from their response: They wanted to do blood work because the dog had lost weight on a drug they gave him that has the known reaction of causing weight loss. My wife said no, she didn't get the results, she immediately had them stop and cancel it. Then they gave him a dewormer he has a known allergy to and caused him 24 hours of severe bloody stool and vomit after my wife said not to give it to him. We had to take him to the Emergency Vet in Junction and he almost died bc they lied to my wife and gave him the med after she told them not to. My wife recorded her visit on her phone and had it on tape where the doctor said the dog needed 4 extractions running around $3000. These people are such rude liars.

Both the vets and techs are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I've taken my dogs to them for several years and appreciate how gentle and truly interested they are in the well-being of my pets. Their prices are also very reasonable.

Dr. Pierce did a fine job. Staff and Practice Manager was more concerned about money than my dog. Refund was promised due to circumstances, then later hidden fees added after leaving the office, so refund was minimized. Call into corporate, so hopefully this doesn't happen to others in future. Staff could use customer service training.

The most caring vets and techs. We have 2 partially blind, herding breed dogs from rescue situations. They just don’t like many people. They LOVE going to the Valley Vet.
