Called to find out if that had a plumbing part I needed. Karen the stores owner picks up and says “I don’t know you will have to come in”. I proceeded to ask if she would go look and she hung up! It’s a 20 mile trip to that store. I will never be shopping there again and I will discourage anyone to do so.
Bad customer service = no customers

As someone from a small town, I really appreciate small town general stores that try to have all the essentials you could hope to find. And this store seems to do its best to fill that role. Unfortunately none of it makes up for the totally unacceptable treatment of patrons.
The guy that rang us up was pleasant and friendly to me, but my (black) friend was treated disrespectfully and was followed around the store by an older woman (who I suspect is the owner referred to in many other reviews).
It's 2023, y'all. There's more to life than being angry and treating strangers poorly.
The sign on the front says that they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. It seems like that's just a thinly veiled indication that they don't take kindly to anyone they seem to be... Lesser.

Very nice store for all your needs when in town. Good price on gas as well. On a side note, the resturant next door "Oasis" is very good. The patty melt Is amazing! It was a little crispy on the bread, but still worth a great score. Im Always on the hunt for a good patty melt. This place is in the running for top spot in the area. They don't have a website, but I say stop in when in town.

Great place to refill propane and, the store inside has a ton of products (think miniature walmart) for a small building! See a lot of complaining of no restrooms, they have port a potty outside.

No restrooms , seems like this town doesn’t like people driving through lol. All gas station bathrooms closed and has been for years. Look at past reviews, they even say they aren’t associated with Sinclair despite them being a Sinclair

Porta potties were nasty. Sign in window says “closed” but lights were on. Hmmm?

Still a sign that says No Bathroom and gas was $.70 more/gallon than gas station 20 seconds away. Would check price of gas before going here and not expect a working toilet.

Bathroom is out of order but there's a port-a-potty outside. This port-a-potty looks as if it has never been serviced. Human waste was piled to the top of the toilet seat. Based on other reviews it's indicative of the management of the station. Reviews 7 months old say that the bathroom is out of order. Seven months??? That's not an out of order bathroomthat's an out of order management team. Absolutely disgusting.

The manager was super annoyed when I asked where the dog food was. 2 weeks later, I arrived while they had a truck delivering product at about 2 pm and the same manager pulled the door shut on me. I said “oh I’m sorry I didn’t know you were closed” she replied “no you gotta get out of here I have a truck”. I live local and will never give this Sinclair a penny of my money EVER
