FINALLY somebody that could get done what we needed done, in just a matter of minutes with ease! For the past 6months not one person in the store was willing/or capable of helping. New manager (Jacey) took care of it easily!

WOW!!! Things have changed at the AT&T Store in Salida, Colorado. A total new staff have taken over and customer service has become the new narrative. I went in with a messed up screen saver and Sage immediately came to my rescue! Truth is, I think there is still something wrong with the actual screen on my 14Pro but Sage got a new screen saver installed and it is much better - I'll change out my phone in the near future so no problem as I am way better off with the new screen saver. This is my 4th screen saver so I'm done messing with it. We also met Hayden, the new manager, and Kennedi who is a new associate. The new staff are well trained and their customer service agenda is truly a blessing. For example, I also came in with an issue with my Outlook e-mail. Within seconds Sage solved my problem!!! WOW!!! Go in and say "hi" to the new staff - they really know what is important to the customers at the AT&T Store!!!!

Went in here for a quick bill assessment ended up leaving with a watch and a cheaper bill all around I was pretty happy and I got a pretty sweet deal on the watch!

Exceptional customer service! I had bought a new phone and gotten new service a few months prior to my visit but they still treated me like I was important no matter how long I was here! Highly recommend everyone go to this location and speak with the best in the business!

Went in there to review my account and I ended uo getting more devices than I originally thought I could! Definitely recommend coming here to see if you can save money and also get a good deal on phones and secondary devices.

The store was amazing! Went in there looking for a new line of service and switching from Verizon, and the staff was super helpful and explained pricing and everything in a super articulate way! Would definitely recommend coming here for any of your account needs!

I drove an hour here to buy a new phone after AT&T cancelled my online order for "security reasons". They didn't have the phone I wanted in stock, and the person working there didn't know how to set up an order for shipping.

Not a very good experience here at the a t and t store in salida colorado. I wanted to purchase a hotspot and service for the store. And the dude was like really rude and directed me to go to Walmart across the street by the hotspot there. And then come back. I don't like that. I want service for whatever I have from 1 person.
