I have been trying to be patient with the transition from Bank of the West to BMO. Change is always challenging, but the new manager is irretrievably difficult. Every time I go in there, if the lobby is even open, the new manager is impatient and cops an attitude. There has been a turnover with some employees, but the competency and pleasure of banking at BMO is because of Tracy and Allysa, plain and simple. They always follow through with the task at hand and maintain a professional and courteous attitude.This new manager is NOT pleasant or competent and is reversing the success and direction that Tracy and Allysa have committed to.

Got a call re: asking about a negative credit card review we posted. Rather than call, we thought we'd stop by BMO but lobby is closed, the sign on the door said. Tried to call, twice, phone just rings with no answer. "Sorry your call did not go through".

Don't use this bank. I had no problems with Bank of the West, but once BMO took over it has been a disaster. BMO's customer service line is useless. You spend hours on hold and then it either hangs up or someone tells you there is nothing they can do. I have a business line of credit and it took me 8 hours on the phone plus in the branch to access it and even then it was some sort of work around the banker figured out and not a normal way of doing it. During the transfer from Bank of the West to BMO, my Zelle account got suspended and so I spent another 3 hours at the branch trying to figure out how to fix it and eventually they said there was nothing they could do. Now, I did a $3k transfer from my BMO business account to my Chase personal account on Friday. It is supposed to be a next day delivery. Usually, the money is taken out of the BMO account immediately. This did not happen on Friday which raised some concerns. Nothing showed up on Monday either. So I initiated another transfer. Then, the transfer from Friday showed up, so my account was overdrawn because both the Friday and the Monday transfer were taken out. Today neither transfer is in my Chase account. I have spent over an hour today on the phone trying to figure out where this $6k has gone. The end result was that they don't know, and I can just wait or they can try to cancel the transfer on their end which would take 3-5 business days. I have no faith this will get done anyway, because every time I call the branch I am put on hold, told someone will call me back, or told there is no answer. In summary, BMO has taken $6k out of my account, it has disappeared, and no one knows where it has gone. They appologized that this was not the answer I was looking for.

After 40 minutes on the phone with customer service I still did not get a resolution to my issue. I was told to go to my local bank to take care of what I needed, I was at the time 85 miles from my local branch. Called the local bank 4 times and no one answered at all. Customer service was totally worthless.

The lobby of this branch has all the ambiance of being a mid life failure living in your parent's basement. They close randomly. Male teller seemed off put when having to actually assist a customer.

Terrible bank! Now it's closed and we need cash for a trip out of country. Tried ATM but debit card didn't work. Called 800 # and sat on hold for an hour and gave up. Terrible!

Worse customer service I have ever received. Every representative of this branch is terrible to work with. Takes weeks for them to get anything done. Very bad work ethic and very rude. I highly recommended doing your banking elsewhere. Do not trust this bank with your money.

Very poor service! Tracey was not very helpful in resolving my issue. She was too busy trying to get off the phone because her shift was over. This whole bank is a joke and I will not be using there services!

terrible customer service. I have been trying to get a pay off credited to my account now for a month. I have a copy of the cheek sent for pay off stamped that they received the check on 3-15-21, however they state all 3 times I called them from 3/16 to 4/2 that they had not received the check from the credit union for the pay off. I have spent time on numerous calls , the credit union finally stopped payment on the first check and overnighted them another check, they deposited that check and tried to deposit the first check also both on 4-7-21. everyone I speak to can not do anything to help get this completed.... they all say i have to talk to there manager , but the managers are always in meetings ... how convenient. i have never had this much trouble paying off a loan. so now they are charging my account late fees because I did not make my payment due on 3/23/21, however they had the payoff check all along!!! WOW LOOKS LIKE THINGS ARE NOT ONE PROFESSIONALLY AS IT SHOULD BE AT A BANK.... I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW OF THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT HAS TAKE A MONTH TO PAY OFF A LOAN- DO NOT BANK WITH BAK OF WEST - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Good service, just don't know why I can't go inside to the tellers yet.... they open are in denver... I guess town of salida won't let them IDK
