Grahame is a fantastic personal trainer. He keeps things fun and interesting. He is knowledgeable about functional fitness, strength training, mobility, and addressing joint / muscle pain. I enjoy working with him using free weights, kettlebells and barbells.

My experience with Graham was excellent. I am a middle age guy with a lot of mileage. Graham has a great eye for movement, is easily approachable, and communicates strategies for strength and mobility to keep you moving strong. I highly recommend him.

Grahame is an incredible trainer! He focuses on the best practices for my age and fitness level, keeping me safe while pushing me to get stronger and more fit. It is a fun yet challenging workout and I am thrilled with the results of his program.
