This Is a Diamond!!I have leased a unit from Salida Secured Storage LLC for almost 5 years, and I have been very impressed with their security and maintenance. The new owner and management team have done an excellent job of keeping the grounds clean and safe, and I have never felt my belongings more secure. Good communication, they have a fence around the property with a gate code system. Spaces are very clean and in good condition. I’ve had good experiences here and recommend.

I saw the negative reviews for this company but on reading further that they were under new management, decided to give them a try. I rented a 10 X 17 storage unit for 1 month and was very pleased with their service. The units are clean and secure and although the grounds are not staffed, the fencing is secure and the gate opens every time with your personal comination.I only had 1 issue and it was regarding billing. Once I pointed it out to the 800 #, the issue was rectified without any further problems.
