The service department is wonderful, professional, and quick, resolving issues thoroughly and often faster than estimated. They are happy to share local recommendations for riding and help with maps. The staff are patient, helpful, friendly, and incredibly handsome. Many reviews highlight how they saved trips by making urgent repairs on the spot and fitting new parts immediately. The post-service bike wipe down leaves a nice impression. Bills are often a fraction of what is expected. They carry many brands including Specialized, Santa Cruz, Salsa, Juliana, Moots, Brooks, Endura, Oveja Negra, Bell, and Giro. They are highly recommended.
Service department better than five stars, seriously. Quick rear shock setup and threw on a set of tires while we waited.

We stopped in for some local recommendations for gravel riding and to grab some water bottles. Matt was so patient and helpful in sharing some different options and helping us locate them on our map. We had a great time biking in Salida - thanks to Matt and the folks at Sub Culture!

Service department is wonderful. Resolved four smallish issues and handed me a bill that was a fraction of what I expected as a tourist in Salida.
