I always love stopping in at the Next Eddy anytime i’m cruising thru Salida. Great selection of flies & great advice on what is working. Also like the polarized Suncloud sunglasses…. i go thru 2 pair/year.

The Next Eddy offers fly fishing and river supplies. From flies, fly tying material, rods and reels, waders and boots, nets and terminal tackle, to dry bags, pfds, and travel apparel. We also offer guided walk and wade and float fishing fly fishing trips styled for every skill level. Rivers we guide on include the Arkansas, the South Platte, and the Gunnison. We are also now offering high alpine lake tours that offer an experience for the more adventurous angler. Walk and wade trips on the Arkansas River can be 2 hours, a half day (4 hours), or a full day (6-8 hours). Float fishing trips are half or full day. In town and forgot you rod and reel at home? We rent rods, reels, waders and boots for daily rates.
