We love Ace Hardware! But this Salida location takes the cake :) My husband and I pop in 2-3 times a week for various things needed for our new build and every single visit has been great. Suzanne and her staff are simply amazing - incredibly helpful, friendly, and the pricing is always fair. Couldn't recommend enough!!!

Just went in for some screws, nuts and bolts. Had 2 staff members explain that we didn't have to put so much info on the slip showing how many we bought to save time on our next trip. Plus we got free popcorn!

Been there a few times, and always felt that the place was really well-run until I went in there yesterday. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but the woman with long dark hair who checked me out was aggressively unfriendly. One word responses to my questions, super unhelpful. Surprising, because it seemed in the past that everyone working there was happy to be there.
