I’m not from here and stopped in to see if they could help me find three packages. Jake went above and beyond and looked for them and found them for me and let me know they would be delivered today and they were. Can’t say enough how nice employees were at this post office.

Excellent customer service! I'm out of town and something got messed up with my forward. I called the main number, easily filed my issue via text, and then received a call from someone at the Salida location. All was resolved within five minutes!
