Terrible service in Tunisia.
UPS is a major international brand, but their local representative in Tunisia is completely incompetent. My parcel was shipped from France and has been stuck in Tunis for more than 10 days with no valid explanation.
No calls, no emails, and several false delivery status updates claiming “company closed” while we were open.
Local customer service is non-existent and provides no real solutions despite multiple attempts.
Honestly, UPS should seriously reconsider their local partner in Tunisia, as this situation seriously damages the company’s international reputation.

Spoke to a manager that told me that the employees will not knock on doors and get signature on any package also told me I had to go in to receive it

Used to always get packages. Now everytime over the last 5 or 6 months I get emails saying the same address I've been using for 5 years doesn't exist. Then are never open and available to get said package. It's after 4 and before 5, where is everyone!? I would like my package.

5 star rating for delivery driver Bodacious, friendly and accommodating. Seems to always get the package delivered no matter what the weather challenges are for the day.

Bodi Ball I found out works out of this station. Bodi is a fantastic driver, polite, and weve seen him carry a big package down a road thats impassable for one of our elderly neighbors. Thank you UPS for hiring such honest hard workers who care about the community!

Waited until the posted hours of 4-6pm with an Amazon return. It said to go to a UPS location to do the return (gave me a QR code for UPS folks to scan). Door was unlocked, went in, but the guy said this location is just for drivers to load up and unload trucks.This location should be removed, it's not a customer center. You can drop off packages with UPS labels (in a box outside), but you can't have any other services done.

I was home when they supposedly tried to deliver but "couldn't."Normally, they deliver with no problems. And there is no way you can call the local office to find out what the "problem" was!

UPS provides service to Salida and Alamosa for only 2 hours a day, which can be a real inconvenience. The employee was fine, with a great attitude, but she had to work very hard to come close to serving the large crowd that had to wait a long time.

I was supposed to receive an Amazon order and it said it was delivered but it was never delivered! I don't know how a company could say they delivered something when they clearly did not. Very unhappy about that.
