Total ineptitude. Failure to notify doctor even after he asked that they had inadequate supplies, then refusing to fil a prescription to let the doctor know about what he already knows, waiting for his approval on a Friday night which translates to no needed prescription for patient until Monday earliest. INEPT

The pharmacist went above and beyond. This was the best pharmacy experience I’ve ever had, hands down.

Seriously, the automated pharmacy phone line is glitchy as hell. Cuts off the end of almost every sentence it asks, so you don’t know what to say in response because you don’t know what they’re asking. I was unable to refill my prescription because they kept asking “for security purposes, say ———-“ Say what? My name? Social security? Address? Fix the system, please. This was extremely frustrating.

I'm amazed by how efficient this pharmacy is. They always answer the phones and they text you when meds are ready. I am not one to sing the praises of Walmart, Inc., in terms of its corporate policies, but three cheers for this pharmacy. I hope Walmart pays them a living wage plus.

NEVER use this pharmacy!! Safeway will give you a much better deal, and they won't be all snotty, judgy, rude, and NOBODY will be playing God like at WM!!!!~ My 73 year old husband has been fighting TWO different cancers this year, and it has been REALLY FREAKING HARD!For MONTHS now, some woman (and I use that term VERY loosely) at this pharmacy REFUSES to fill my husband's muscle medicine so he can have some relief from the very harsh chemotherapy side effects!!! She says she will, I get a text, and I drive 30 miles one way, go in, and THEN she says she's not comfortable filling it. AGAIN! Aaaaaghh!!!!SHE HAS A DISTURBING "GOD COMPLEX!!"He's NOT taking any opioids, and it is NOT her place to second guess his UCHealth oncologists, surgeons, other specialists, and primary care doctors!!! SHE is NOT a doctor, and has absolutely NO RIGHT to do this! Her lack of knowledge, compassion, empathy, caring, and, and especially experience pales to invisible she is so insignificant compared to the awesome Doctors @ UCHealth!~~Under NO circumstances should this person be denying my husband his medicine to relieve his cancer treatment aches and pains. She isn't qualified to dispense children's aspirin. IT IS NOT HER PLACE!!!I am going to file many, many complaints with the proper authorities all the way to the Feds. Here's a message to you, you hateful, incompetent person~~ if you think I won't stop until you have been held accountable by local, state, and federal authorities~ you are severely MISTAKEN!YOU (and you know who you are) have caused my husband SO MUCH STRESS with your BS, it has caused him huge setback in his recovery from chemo, when he should be getting strong physically and mentally for MAJOR surgery in 3 weeks. You HURT HIM, YOU CAUSED HIM STRESS WHICH LEAD TO HARM! I'm calling our family attorney- I've had enough of watching this evil person HURT MY HUSBAND!!!You MUST, and WILL BE held accountable.I suggest it is time for you to get the hell out of this county and go to the city where you can go and rot.

They close for lunch which is not mentioned on their hours. This can be very inconvenient when you need a prescription for someone who just had surgery. Another pharmacy might have more reasonable hours.

Every time Walmart texts me that my scripts are coming up, I respond and then they are ready by the next day! This is unheard of in all my years. I'm so glad I chose Walmart as my pharmacy, they do an outstanding job!

Update. I had given this pharmacy one star. It was horrible since I've moved back to Salida. I live about 40 miles away for this Walmart. My doctor would renew my Rx. I would receive a text that the Rx. is ready. I head into town and nope. The Rx is not ready. It was either out of stock, given to someone else the day before because they needed and I didn't come that day, they needed to talk to the doctor etc. So, I have to come back which was another 80 mile trip. I was beyond frustrated. That said, things have gotten so much better. I guess a new pharmacist has came in, Seth. Since he has been there the text's are correct. No more wasted trips. He takes the time to explain to me about the medicine. From one star to five stars.
