Thank you Post Master Nicole for trying to help me today. After looking at all the previous reviews I believe Kelly lost my package on purpose. I even offered to take my package to another branch. There needs to be some serious house keeping done at this branch.

Older lady at counter is incredibly rude - this post office will lose all your important and sensitive documents all your packages and tell you there is nothing they can do - their mail carries are vindictive and will leave rude messages in your mail box if your driveway isn’t perfectly clear even if you have cleared enough space for a mail truck to park. They have routinely passed my mail to neighbors who have then opened these packages. Rude and don’t know what they’re doing.

Absolute worst service in the last year. The postmaster from in November, 2023 destroyed our mail. Our packages are left out in the rain even though we have a covered porch. Our driveway is less than 100 feet. I've reported to the Postal Inspector and it has done no good. Clerk Kelly needs an attitude adjustment. Clerk Chris is wonderful but he doesn't work all the time. I was told the postmaster from November was fired. Not sure anyone is in charge at all.

LaTonya is the most unprofessional post office employee that I have ever met. Packages going missing, tracking/amazon saying out for delivery and her verbally confirming it is just for her to turn around and say it’s actually at the post office waiting for pick up. She hangs up the phone on people, tries to throw around what little ‘authority’ she has by saying “i’m the postmaster. I don’t have to deal with this”. Absolutely horrendous customer service and I wish I could switch post offices to never deal with her again

I lived here for 9 years with Marty as our mailcarrier, and I felt total trust. I have returned for 3 weeks and TWICE have had a failed daily delivery of a replacement credit card!!!!!!!!. I have gone 3 days without (3 to date) with no mail pick up nor delivery. I run a professional business our of my home and I will NOT tolerate this incompetence I will reach out each and every time to complain. Every third time I need to complain, I will move up the ladder of power. Everyone up here complains about the new mail delivery person. Please address this.
