So appreciative that this do it yourself wash is here in Secerance. The Express needs a little bit of cleanup and maintenance, but still works sufficiently.
It would be nice if you could go beyond the four minutes or so for the three dollars. To clarify, it would be nice to be able to go beyond three dollars with your credit card and keep using the wash until you’re done . . . and then charge you appropriately for the entire time.

The car wash is programmed to rip off credit card users. You finish a $4.50 wash (according to the readout) but they charge $10.00 to your credit card. I don’t see a $10.00 minimum posted anywhere, they just decide to keep the change for themselves! Terrible business practice. Beware and if you use this place pay with coins!

We have been using the self serving car wash for the last three months, and thought we were spending $3.50, come to find out they were charging us $25.00 for each visit. Even after we stopped the wash when finished. We are trying to have our bank fight these charges.

Long time customer but I will no longer be buying fuel or any other conveniences at this location. Rude staff and now it’s policy to limit customers to two bags of ice. Most likely because too lazy to bag more ice.
