Very clean. No clutter in isles like 99% of other Dollar Generals. Very friendly cashier and you can also buy a variety of groceries here, including cold foods, produce and veggies.

Selena the store manager was very prompt to help me with my situation, she was more than happy to answer ALL of my questions and even contacted her manager to make me happy. She was very pleasant to work with. Hands down one of the best dollar general employees I’ve worked with!

How long would a sane person allow their freezers to be broken. If you go to the website almost everything they have is out of stock. The employees are pretty good and i'm sure they are doing their best with what they are given. They need to get their business in order.

Our Severance Dollar General is the best! Everyone who works there is kind and friendly. They are well stocked and it’s the perfect place to go for last minute things you may need.

This is a quick stop when you really need something and don't want to drive all the way into town for something. Of course, everyone in Severance is hoping for a full size grocery store one day, but until then this is the best place to grab that one item you need to cook dinner. I have stopped in a few times for that reason or to get a snack when I am on the road. The clerks have always been reasonably friendly and they typically have the items I am looking for, which is pretty nice for the size of the store. While it feels a little like a small town discount market, it fills the need for now.

I'm generally NOT a fan of the discount store, but this one in Severance is pretty good. It's clean, the people who work there are nice, and it's extremely convenient for my commute. I don't have to walk a half-mile to pick up a snack. Plus, they had TP and cleaning stuff back when COVID was just starting to roll. Hit them up if you need wetnaps to wipe the Rocky Mountain Oyster scraps off yer face.
