Overpriced.Out of stockOpen when they want.Close when they feel like it.Employees have been rude ever since I have been a customer. Gave them a chance for a while. But finally I am done. It is well worth your drive to go into Windsor. Uncorked is still close and has an amazing staff and selection!

The hours of operation are not consistent with the surrounding neighborhoods needs and growth... The staff is extremely rude outside of a few employees... As soon as another liquor store becomes available in this neighborhood I'm sure they will become immediate competition!!! They should look directly at their management as well as employees!!!

Nasty staff - said I couldn't use a coupon because I wasn't paying in cash - I was paying with a lottery ticket. They said the lottery ticket was free money and that wasn't able to be used with a coupon. When asked if I could cash the ticket, then pay with the cash and the coupon they said this would be okay.Please note - After I used logic and they understood, they personally erbally attacked me. Was a valued customer for over 10 years - won't buy from any of their stores now.
