“These guys got me unloaded 6 hours early and in 30 minutes or less with a full trailer. They don't have a drivers lounge but they will let you park overnight and have 3 clean portapotties and dumpsters for your trash. It's a clean big lot and friendly staff!!!!”

“I've lived in small towns before and this is by far the nicest small town post office I've been to. The lady who works the office is just so sweet and understanding. I went to mail a package a few days ago and the Internet was out at the post office meaning I couldn't use my card(the only thing I had on me to pay) she shipped my package anyways and asked if I could put a check in the mail for her. And of course I brought her a check the next morning. I like seeing my money go back into my community. I will continue using this post office, due to its customer service.”

“We were from out of town and out brakes went out. Owner was super friendly and was able to get our brakes fixed the very next morning since we showed up 10 minutes before closing the day of. A nice walk to the mall helped pass the time while we waited. They showed us how bad the old brakes were and gave us an estimate within the hour. Fixing them took another 2 hours. We were very happy with their service.”

“Eaton post office does an excellent job. The staff is so friendly. We accidentally put something in our mailbox that didn’t have postage on it yet. It was a lockbox so we couldn’t get it out. We called and explained the situation. We were told it would be a few days before they could retrieve it- which was fine with us! But then, Nicole went above and beyond!! Within hours Nicole has retrieved it and rang our doorbell to personally deliver it back to us. Wow!!! This is outstanding customer service. Thanks Nicole!!”

No, they do not "break the rules" like previous employees, but telling you "no" doesn't mean they are being rude. I do wish they would stop offering passport services, as that does add to the wait time to mail a package.”
