About Transportation Management Services Inc.
Transportation Management Services Inc. is generally reported as a very good and efficient shipper with friendly and professional staff. Drivers note that service can be extremely fast, with some getting a door within 20 to 30 minutes and being in and out in less than an hour when there is no line. The unloading crews are described as super nice, professional, and fast. There is overnight parking available on the surrounding streets. However, it is crucial not to miss appointment times, as delays can occur. Also, drivers should be aware that dock readiness notifications are sent only by text message, which some find inconvenient if trying to rest.
