Brian saved the day. Xfinity holding my number hostage 3 days. Could not talk with family or my customers and he fixed it where 8 other people at Xfinity and ATT failed.

So many lies. If you value your money and don't have thousands to lay down switching services do not buy their lies. They will jot pay what you owe on your devices. They won't even let you see what you are signing. Your bill will not be what they promise you. Nothing that they say to you is true. Also if you are trading in devices for supposedly free phones, they will actually be financing all of that money, adding thousands to your credit load and tanking your score. Should have known better. If it seems too good to be true it is.

Do not go to the store on S Wadsworth in Littleton CO. They were very rude and practically ran us out the store. So we went to the store at RIVERPOINT in Sheridan CO. They were very helpful and kind. And they helped us in updating to a newer phone. They were great! I will make sure to go there in the future.

Beware of the manager COLT. He lied to me multiple times, from the first day of service and to my most recent visit. He sold me a phone plan; added on extra features I didn’t ask for, told me it was normal for ATT to do this, and then took back his words and told me it was not normal: implying that even though it is not normal to add on optional cost to phone plans, he did so without my knowledge and would not tell me why or help me after he added on extra costs without my knowledge, and then lied to me about it. This is SICK. The video only lets me upload 30 secs but I have this all on tape. This review is specifically for the extremely poor, malicious, and insincere service I have ever received at ATT. 1. Without my knowledge, he admitted to adding on the optional next upgrade and insurance to my bill. Making it an additional $23 a month without telling me. I decided to Vance my services and when I went to talk to COLT about it, he pretended to be nice, but as soon as I asked him why would he add $23 extra dollars in OPTIONAL services without my knowledge. He quickly switched up his friendly demeanor, stopped answering all of my questions, and walked away from me. It is sad to have been targeted for extra money and treated badly. Please make sure you check everything that you are being sold, or you will end up paying for extra things without being told. This should be illegal. It was extremely unprofessional and I’m glad I cancelled my services. He also told me my activation fee would be waved and it wasn’t. Completely lied, and deceived me. Lessons learned to always follow through on the details of my purchases.
