I went to deposit rolled coins and initially told they would not accept them at this location. They directed to me a bigger bank with a free coin sorter. I was able to deposit coins and will take the rest to a much further location for sorting.

Worst service I've ever had in a bank... Trying to update account information has been a month long mess with no end in sight. Go into the branch with a scheduled appointment and they show you the door telling you to go online. Go online and you cannot get the information you need to complete your request. Call in to get help finding the information on where and how to send requests(that need notarized which is why we went in person) and a human never answers or calls back as the automated system says. Send a message through chat and they never respond, update status, or indicate the message has been viewed. I have updated the same information with 5 other financial institutions and have never spent more than an hour. With Bellco I am going on a month of unanswered calls. I have stayed on the line as long as 2 hours and never gotten a representative.

I have come to this branch in the past a few times to have things notorized. I have done business with this bank previously and they were always happy to help me.To my surprise I was refused. The manager was very rude and then denied something as simple as notorizing something which would take an empty bank 2 minutes and would be giving great service to someone who has utilized that bank. This bank will get zero business from me ever again. Skip this location. Maybe the others are less hostile.

I am beyond frustrated. I got a new debit card, activated it at the ATM, used it twice, then it stopped working. I went back to the branch, was told it was inactive and to try using the ATM to activate it again. The ATM could not read my card, so I brought it back into the branch where I was told that they force activated it with the computer system. I asked how to confirm that it was actually going to work, and was told go somewhere and try to buy something. That's what I did, and of course, it didn't work. Later that week I spent over an hour of my work day talking to customer service, mostly being transferred around and sitting on hold. I was told my card should be working, but just in case they didn't fix the issue, a new one would be ordered and I should receive it in 7-10 business days. My card still does not work, so I have been transferring money to my roommate and using his card to pay for bills, gas and groceries for nearly a month now. If he's not available, I have been driving back to the branch to pull out cash to make purchases. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. And it's one of the countless issues I've run into like this at Bellco. I think it's time to switch a different bank or credit union.

I've now done two refinances with this bank. I like them and will consider switching my daily banking to them. it'll depend on the online software experience. This branch is really nice though. We had so much stuff to do. Multiple checks, new accounts, split accounts deposits, notary public, insurance check cashing, the works. They just sat with us (no wait) and plugged away. He even caught me leaving to remember the temp checks I needed. Great customer service.

Have been using Bellco's ATM's or years, where they take my fees everytime...go inside as I do every couple of months and now they will not exchange $20 bills for $5's and $10's.THANKS Carly....Bellco will not be getting my ATM fees anymore!

The thing that is confusing is that they say this is the only branch that doesn’t have branch sharing and then gives you a map for locations that aren’t there anymore. Firing on all cylinders. 10/10 would not recommend.

My Mother was a long time member. She recently passed away. Jackie helped me consolidate her existing accounts and set up the estate account. Jackie was very helpful and sympathic.

I have been a member of Bellco Credit Union for over 35 years. I also run my business accounts and all my CD’s with Bellco. I have been to many Bellco location, but the management of this location is very inexperienced and very difficult to talk and reasoned with. Bellco credit union should be ashamed of this type of operation and treating their members this way. I don’t care if it’s only this location, it reflects as how your company operates.
