Disappointing Experience at Costco Pharmacy
Booked flu shot appointments for two people, showed up, and the woman at the counter took our names and walked away without a word. While waiting, I spotted a sticky note facing their side saying they were out of flu shots and wouldn’t be ordering more.
A few minutes later, she finally told us, “Unfortunately, we’re out.” When I asked if customers were informed before booking, she didn’t seem to care. Only after I pointed out their note did she confirm they weren’t restocking. Felt like she just wanted the conversation to end.

Best pharmacy experience ever! Other pharmacies are suffering from staff shortages and disorganization so it is refreshing to have a human answer the phone when you call and then almost as if by magic they fill a prescription in a very short time and text when it is ready and when i went to pick it up it was actually ready. The pharmacy is even better than the $1.50 hot dog.

I love this store, I really do. But until you can find a way to consistently stock the UNSWEETENED Kirkland Dried Mangos I'm afraid my rating will be capped at four stars.

Not sure why this pharmacy doesn’t have great reviews, maybe things have changed. I’ve been using them for a couple of months now. They answer the phone promptly, their system for informing me via text that prescriptions are ready is better than other pharmacies, and they’re much quicker to fill when my doctor calls anything in. Very happy with my decision to switch to this pharmacy!

The worst customer service ever!!!! They are so rude and aggressive when they speak to you. I felt like I was being rushed through the whole check out process.

I wanted so badly to not believe the bad reviews of this location, but when I called regarding whether or not they'd be able to fill my prescription they offered no answers, wouldn't tell me if or when they might be able to fill it or when I should call back or try again. Every question I asked was met with "I can't tell you that" which is incredibly frustrating when my doctor has asked me to locate my medication. Every other pharmacy I've called has had answers to at least guide me in the right direction, but this tech could not have been less helpful or cared less. Try the Arvada Costco if you're going to try Costco at all. Very disappointing given Costco's reputation.

After having CVS in target be out of my prescription twice I saw I could get it at Costco. It took several tries for CVS to transfer my prescription but Costco saved the day and got it all completed in less than a business day!

DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY AT THIS LOCATION! Because of an error that the pharmay made, it is going to cost my family hundreds of dollars. This could have easily have been prevented if they'd called to say they couldn't fill a 90-day prescription, instead, they put a 30-day supply in a bag, stapled it shut, and handed it to me. I now can't fill it anywhere else and after the new year, I'll have to fill the script by paying out of pocket. This pharmacy is not detail or patient oriented. I also fill at another pharmacy and they don't make these mistakes. I expected more from Costco!

Stay far away from James and Roman at the pharmacy! I have severe health issues going on and instead of attempting to be compassionate and understanding they have done everything in their power to keep me from getting the healthcare that my doctors have laid out for me. I didn’t even have an active refill and they harassed my doctors to the point of refusing to send medication there (see photo).They are evil people. I am appalled. My doctors are appalled. The only people not appalled are the ones at Costco

Every time I come to this pharmacy either the prescription is wrong, the billing is wrong or there’s been no communication as to delay or fulfillment a prescription. Considering it’s in a Costco in already hugely inconvenient, I can’t imagine anyone using this again.
