I’ve been a member at CrossFit South Denver for almost 10 years. I’ve stayed this long because of the outstanding coaching from Kyle and the gang. CFSD provides a great supportive environment for cross fitters of all skill levels. The classes are challenging, varied and fun. I would highly recommend this gym!!
