Have been going here for about 4 years. Got a text message saying your prescription is being filled please bring your insurance when you come to pick up. Pharmacist was very short when I went to pick up saying it wasnt filled yet and that the text message was wrong…. Ok I ask how long to fill, she says give them 15-20 min. Waited about 40 min, still not ready she says it would be best if I came back later. Thank you for wasting an hour of my time. Use literally any other pharmacy. If CVS can’t get their text messages right and people are waiting around and then blamed for things not being ready I will shop elsewhere.

Had an issue with a time-sensitive prescription right before traveling, and multiple pharmacies were unable to help. When I arrived at this CVS, the pharmacy manager stepped in with professionalism and care & went out of his way to offer a discount! He resolved an insurance issue, and ensured the medication was ready within the hour. His calm demeanor and commitment to patient care stood out. This level of service is rare and deeply appreciated in the world of retail pharmacy

You can not call the pharmacy and speak to a human. You are forced to leave a message. This a super annoying, inefficient and impractical for the patient. If you work a job were you can not take calls, you can not speak to the pharmacy on a break since you never know when they are going to call back. I can not believe this is a new Target / CVS policy.

Unfortunately adding to the numerous bad reviews of this CVS. Manager/Supervisor Mike is extremely rude and unhelpful. I am not sure if he should be filling medications with a hostile attitude. Other staff are clearly uncomfortable with his behavior, and yet have to play it off - likely to keep their jobs. If you are able to, take Mikes own advice and don’t go to his pharmacy.

Today (6/12/24) I called about a prescription that was put in yesterday (6/11/24). I called around 9 am and the man on the phone said it would be ready in an hour. I called 2 hours later since it didn't show as filled on the app. The woman that answered said it was set in the computer to be done at 1pm. I get things take time but I don't get why the first person straight up lied to me.

Mike the “pharmacy manager” likes to tell you to get lost and hang up on you. Horrific experience month over month but they know and simply do not care. If you can go elsewhere definitely do.

Sent in my prescription for insulin on a Monday still not filled by Thursday. I had to suggest them partially filling it so I could live, and then when they said I could come pick it up they were on lunch.
