There was 4 people in line and I waited an HOUR to pick up a prescription that had been filled a week earlier on 12/30. Idk if it was short staffed or what but this is the second time it happened. I will not be using this pharmacy anymore. Line was prob 20 people long and they were helping one person every 15 minutes. Was insane 1 hour to pick up a simple shampoo prescription that I ordered in the app a week prior.

Like many CVS, understaffed and I wait longer to pick up a prescription than to visit the doctor and have it prescribed...

Can you say zero stars for this pathetic store. Giving wrong medications, giving meds that people are allergic to. This is the worst store with zero customer service and cheating you on prices . Truly the worst. They are trying to kill people

I had a vaccination that had to go through insurance instead of prescription card. Pharmacist took time to call me before I got there to clear up any issues. When I dud arrive foe my appointment. She was quick and efficient. Appreciate the extra effort.

People have become impatient crybabies! These guys are fantastic and are VERY quick. If I need medication ASAP, they always make sure to accommodate me. If they can't, they will tell you. When I say ASAP, I don't mean they will have it for you in 5 min. I mean they will do their best to have it to you that day. If you need your meds sooner than that, may I suggest ordering them a few days earlier? Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs get so much hate. Nine times out of 10, the cause is outside their control. I see people ripping into these guys when it was the patients' insurance fault! Or if the pill is out of stock or many other things are out of the pharmacy's control. Getting mad at them or throwing a fit because you didn't get your way is pathetic! That may even make them run slower... who knows? If everyone wants their meds ASAP, how does that work out for them? As soon as those ASAP orders start backing up, it will take longer. The patient's failure to properly plan does not constitute an emergency. These people work their butts off to make sure we all have our medicine. Plus, I have not seen a Pharmacist or pharmacy tech be disrespectful to me EVER. This is the pharmacy you want to go to to make sure you get your pills and that it will be done correctly and with a smile. You guys are amazing, and we will continue to come anytime we need a script filled.

This location has been very frustrating. I used to go to Walgreens and never had any problems, but when I had to switch insurance this is my new pharmacy. They never seem to have anything in stock and when they do it takes forever to get filled and they aren't up-to-date with notifying you when it's ready. I've had them refill prescriptions when they weren't asked to and not fill the ones that I actually needed

If you can take your prescriptions LITERALLY anywhere other than ANY CVS, do it. This location specifically has horrible customer service and billing practices. They seem to not have any idea what they're doing and it absolutely wrecks the billing aspect. I've been dealing with them for >2 weeks for one prescription and I still don't have it and can't have it filled elsewhere because their billing practices basically have it held hostage. And when I've called to inquire about it, I get an attitude and hung up on. More than once.

Booked an appointment ahead for vaccination then came in on time and was told they ran out of doses. They never notified me of this beforehand - not a call, not an email, not even a text from the number that texted me my appointment confirmation. If you do reserve a slot, which is rare, make sure to call ahead day-of

I saw nothing but poor reviews on this location and after going, I have to disagree 1000%!I waited over 2 hours for another pharmacy to fill my antibiotic prescription, when they never did, I then switched my prescription over to this CVS and it was filled in under 15 minutes!!! The ladies there were so nice, professional and timely. Lovely experience overall. Will definitely be my go to pharmacy from here on out! Thank you!

Went there and was only 2nd in line, a full staff of 5 people working on filling prescriptions but only one helping customers. After @ 10 minutes the lady infront of me just walked away irritated so now I am 1st in line ? But after waiting 10 more minutes and still not one person was helped ? I too left very irritated and they seem to give you a smile as you walk away !!!!

They're doing their best, but they are severely... SEVERELY understaffed. To the point that some days they literally just do not answer their phone. It's still on, but they'll literally leave it ringing for hours at a time.If you're on hold for more than 5 to 10 minutes, hang up and try again later. I literally just finished being on hold for almost 2 hours. They never did pick up – I just physically went to the pharmacy while still on hold, to find 1 pharmacist and 1 assistant desperately trying to keep up with everything while the phone rings off the hook, unanswered, forever.... CVS needs to pay these people better, because that's the only way anybody is THIS understaffed. Like, wow. This is straight up unethical.

The pharmacists are always nice, but always are too busy. There was no one getting vaccinations for over an hour that I was there, but I was told there were no times for vaccinations. (Likely due to being too busy— which they always are— but it is annoying I can’t get a shot while I am actually there and no one else has an appointment). I am consistently unimpressed with how CVS runs its pharmacies, but the pharmicists are nice but always changing also (my guess is they leave due to poor management and work conditions).
