Impounded SUV instructed by police for vehicle abandonment which it's not. Was in south dokota for family funeral bill exceeds 700.00 . Won't work with me so what do I do now. Probably lose my place. I guess they have never needed a break.

Understanding Towing is a very controversial necessity.These folks go out in inclement weather clean up accidents a tow situations that out of the control of the folks involved. I've personally seen there respect for property towed and there very careful and considerate of vehicles ..So heads up for all they do for there community...

Chad is incredibly rude.
Even the tow driver that came to the lot from a different company had a horrible experience with him.
The police were called and stated they get calls about this company ALL the time.

Had my slim Jim, my handheld radio and a few other things go missing from my vehicle, i use my slim Jim for work as a tow operator to gain access to to vehicles to tie down steering wheels, i didn’t make a fuss about it but dont hmu expecting me to sign over my title or threaten to take me to collections, if you wanna do that you gotta get in line behind the city of denver and arapahoe county for restitution. You can scrap whats left of the vehicle and leave me tf alone
Of the thousands of vehicles ive impounded ive never stolen anything or even been accused of stealing anything or damaging anything, yet this company has police contracts and the tow operators steal from other tow operators 🤣🤣🤣

They tell you one price over the phone but when you get there to pay they don't mention the extra 100 that they charge you for an "admin fee." They tell you the tow fee and how much it went up per day and tell you "as of today you would need X amount to get the car out" but fail to even mention a 100 dollar admin fee. So plan to bring an extra 100 on top of whatever price they tell you. When you ask for the total price to get a car out they should tell you the actual total price so you can get the money together instead of surprising you with an extra 100 dollar fee when you get there. That's just bad business or someone doesn't know how to do their job right or they're just not smart enough to do the math correctly either way this company and the workers are a bunch of idiots they're definitely not all there to comprehend what total price means smh 🤦♀️

This company made an already stressful time way worse than it needed to be. We got quoted a hour an hour and a half and we understand that things happen but when you call at 10am and the car isn’t at the location by 5:30pm and then the person in office calls your sister threatening her and telling her that he will impound her car… Also we found out later they closed at 5pm and that’s why he was acting like that. Would not recommend -1,000,000/10

I have had two cars impounded by this place. Both times I had items stolen out of my vehicles. And this last time I went to retrieve my belongs and they kept all of my keys claiming they were keys to the vehicle, when in all actuality only one of the keys was to the vehicle. The rest were to my house, my safe, and a few other non vehicle related things. The refused to return them to me. I will recommend that at all costs you do your best to avoid doing business with this company. They are thiefs. They will rip you off any chance they get.

I use to work here as the Lot Technician, and will happily confirm all accusations towards them of theft are 99.9% true as I’ve seen with my own eyes drivers removing valuable items they find in the vehicles they bring to the yard (and endless stories).. they don’t follow protocol of picture Documentation upon picking up a vehicle. After getting your vehicle back from this lot I’d strongly suggest having a mechanic look at the underside of your vehicle for more damage to (rock guards, wheel wells, inside of wheel/rims, oil pan, and diffs) they’re a spastic bunch and have little finesse when moving vehicles around to organize. As I came to write this review I was not surprised to see their 2 star rating.

Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and not helpful. I have never seen customer service at it worst. It as a man, and you can tell he does not like his job. WORST experience ever.

I got my car towed because I parked within 5 feet of a driveway. My fault!When I went to pick up my car at Dick’s Towing LLC, I handed a piece of paper with the VIN, License Plate, year and make of car and said I need to pick up the car. Seems reasonable, doesn’t it?The “jerk” behind the window snaps back “what is this?” I said again it’s the info on “the car I need to pick up”. He starts yelling at me that I need a drivers license and registration. When I asked why he was being such a jerk, he has the audacity to reprimand me for not saying “good morning, how are you”!An older gentleman pushed him aside and helped us with a great demeanor.Thank you to the second man who saved the day, but the first “jerk” ruined my morning totally unnecessarily.Unbelievable!
