Michaels, the renowned craft and party supply store, offers an expansive assortment of art supplies, fabrics, canvases, yarn, knitting & crochet materials, frames, floral, scrapbooking essentials, beads, jewelry kits, Cricuts, and various craft machines. The store provides a convenient one-stop-shop for all your party planning needs, including balloon inflation, party decorations, gift packaging, favors, tableware, and seasonal occasion decor. Customers generally have a positive in-store experience, praising the store's cleanliness, organization, and helpful staff. The self-checkout system is also appreciated for its efficiency and ability to seamlessly process coupons. However, some customers have encountered issues with the credit card-only self-checkout, where staff members may not always provide the best customer service. The Sheridan branch, in particular, has received praise for its exceptional customer service. A store manager, Trevor, was recognized for his exceptional assistance in helping a customer gather donations for an assisted living facility, going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Overall, Michaels is a go-to destination for craft enthusiasts and party planners, offering a wide range of products and a generally pleasant shopping environment. Customers are encouraged to visit the Sheridan location to unleash their creativity and enjoy the store's offerings.
Thank you for matching your online prices. It pays to check for sales online prior to shopping in store. Then ask at the register for them to match the price. Make sure that you have your phone for them to verify the price.
Buyer beware: In store prices and online are not the same.

Great store with friendly employees. Seems like they have less options than they used to and less staff to help with things like unlocking cases to purchase supplies.

The shelf price was less than the register price. I was in a hurry so paid the higher price. But will definitely watch for this going forward.
