“Justin is amazing! He is so knowledgeable, and was so helpful when I was indecisive. I’ve been back multiple times for paint, cabinet gel, and cabinet repainting, all of which he has been so helpful. The employees are great!
I also appreciate that Guiry’s has small paint samples (~ $3), unlike other competitors who make you buy a whole quart as a “sample.””

“Just went to Big Tool Box to get my wife a Stihl Weed Wacker for her birthday (don't judge me) Parking lot and store were PACKED. I almost said the heck with fighting this crowd and turned around to go get her a Wakmart Ironing Board, but I love her dearly so I put on a patient brave face and joined the masses - I went to the well marked Stihl section and picked out the one I wanted and because of how busy it was I figured I would have to wait a while. Nope - Daniel was able to help me with all the needed accessories and get me checked out and downstairs for the initial start-up. In and out in 10 minutes with amazing competent service. In the valley of the blind the man with one eye is king- Consider Big Tool Box the King”

Extremely knowledgeable about all types of paint machines, the pros and cons of them all, and genuinely friendly, happy to help, and professional to total stangers. Going here reminded me of how customer service used to be. I can't speak highly enough about them.
I went in for an assembly and feed tube for my Titan 440 sprayer. These guys know their stuff! They had all the parts I needed and opened the boxes to ensure I had everything I needed to get the job done, today! Thats how businesses thrive. The right crew.

“Omg! Customer Service here is awesome. Beautiful, contagious friendly greeting upon entry. Andrew Hopper dealt with my husband and I and we were in awe. The service was not what the usual...it is what we would call above and beyond. There were 2 other gentlemen working and they seem equally nice to their customers, but I am telling you the atmosphere was soooo welcoming. I made myself a cup of coffee ☕️ and grab a few candies?. “I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Worked with Zack and he was terrific. I know nothing about painting a car but he was super helpful helping to color match the paint on my 65 Mustang, looked at three different spray guns I brought in and recommended one of them, talked me through 1-stage verse 2-stage, set me up with all of the miscellaneous stuff I need like reducer and hardener, helped me up with measuring cups and filters, even recommended an adhesive remover that I needed.
As a dork than knows nothing I was a little nervous about going in but the shop was awesome!”

“This is the Genius Bar of paint. They can match anything and have an artists eye for color so they've recommended lots of great colors over the last ten years. When I sold a property recently the paint was clean but new owners wanted to repaint... and they wanted to paint it the same color and finish that the staff here recommended 5 years ago...says a lot! “I own a painting company in Denver and Sherwin-Williams Cherry Creek store on Leetsdale is our go-to store! We love Sherwin-Williams generally, but the staff at the store are next to none specifically the store manager, Sergio! Sergio is always willing to go above and beyond for us, but also answer any questions that we have an order special Sherwin products for us.
I work very closely with the Sherwin-Williams rep out of the store, Stephen Williams (no relation to Sherwin-Williams haha), who always answers my call at any hour and continually wants to help me and my business grow. When I have a funky color or stain, matching request, there’s an associate at the store named Zeke who really has an eye for color and is so helpful with products as well.
My painters love going to the cherry Creek store because they get fast service, where as other stores, we can be waiting a while. My staff love going to the cherry Creek store because Sergio and his team are so friendly but also able to help troubleshoot specific client needs.
We are so proud to call Cherry Creek our homebase store. We highly recommend them to other designers and painters in the area! I honestly cannot say enough good things!!”
