My little sister got a battery light on her RAV-4 dashboard the night before we were supposed to drive her out to San Diego for her next phase in life. After determining the alternator was the issue in the morning, we were on the road just a couple of hours later thanks to Precision's quick work. The price was more than reasonable, and the urgency was impressive. It was a stress-free 1,000+ miles on the weekend thanks to them.

Honestly terrible experience. The first time they had my car it was to replace the motor. Took over 4 months, he put in 2 different motors, poor contact never heard from the dude. Got it back found some things wrong underneath the hood. Sitting at idle the motor started smoking cause of some coolant leak found motor mounts not connected a long with other coolant line brackets etc. because I had warranty through them now I Took it back and it’s been again almost 2 months without contact. I keep calling and I don’t get anything in return. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

We test drove the Taycan 4 today with Ryan W. He had responded to my inquiry about an electric Porsche from the get-go, and were very happy with his communication. He was knowledgeable about the different models and specs. When we do buy, it will definitely be with Ryan! Highly recommend.

Thanks Vic and team! Amazing work and appreciate the honesty in all fronts. Brought my food truck in to him to fix the brakes, he didn’t just fix wheat was asked but went above and beyond to MAKE SURE they we fixed l (not just the brake drum that was called). Honest, fair and great work!!! Will be back

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this place! They have helped me through dead batteries, blown out tires, a faulty alternator, and busted up shocks. Victor and his staff are great. A lot of people are not willing to work on Audis but they took a look at my car and let me know exactly what was wrong with it and how much it would cost to fix it. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had another mechanic who was replacing the valve cover and gasket and didn’t not complete the job. Hadn’t finished connecting the valve cover or gasket and didn’t hook up anything he disconnected and so the car wouldn’t start. Precision Auto had my car running in under 2 hours and a very affordable rate. I also found out I needed brakes and rotors. My car now drives better than it ever has. Very pleased and will only use them for my car maintence from here on out. Very trustworthy, fast, efficient and dependable.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Okay, absolute best experience with a mechanic. A local dealership said my car was totaled because of a very expensive repair. A friend suggested Precision and am I glad! Victor found the part I needed for MUCH less than the dealership- and the repair was 1/3 of what the dealership has quoted me. This place saved me THOUSANDS.Trust this place! Great customer service. Went to this place with the previous owner. I decided to try the new owner and that was not a good decision. He charged me far too much money. He says his job is guaranteed , but he did not even know the car.i paid him and I still had the problem. I will never go to this place. Be careful they are not a good reputable business.
