I came to this store to complete a transfer of service and pick up a new phone. The woman they sent over to help me (while the rest of staff sat at a table and gossiped about previous customers) had little idea what she was doing. I say that because after getting the run around from her, mostly telling me she couldn't help, I went to a different T-Mobile. I explained to this other stores employees what this stores employee told me and they were just as confused as I was. This other store was able to get me taken care of very quickly and had answers to my questions, unlike the store here. If I had to guess, this employee was mostly just interested in getting back to the gossip table as she more or less refused to help me and multiple times suggested a different store. That was the only helpful recommendation she gave. Just avoid this store at all costs and go to any other T-Mobile. Horrible.

Lizley was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. I was having an issue with my sim card and could not get the over the phone T-Mobile customer line to help me figure it out. Liz was able to fix it within seconds. Liz understands customer service and is willing to take the extra step to ensure your problem is resolved.

I have been told several times by store staff to call T-Mobile customer care to resolve issues I have. Then when I call they tell me to go in store. I don’t know which on if y’all is the lazy one, but I know it’s one of you.

**update: this situation did continue; however, Meagan did reach out and helped solve the issue in a quick manner. It was rough getting there but she came through in the end so I raised my review.This is for the store and T-Mobile in general….don’t waste your time. The customer service is more than terrible, a joke really. I cancelled my service and got a big bill 2 months later and no one could tell me why. The customer service told me to go to the store and the store says to call customer service. So when I called customer service in the store for the rep in the store they refused to help the worker in the store without my pin#. ? customer service refusing to help customer service… the employee even hung up on them twice. Funny but bad - still no help. Apparently I have had signal boosters sent to me around the nation that I haven’t returned and that’s as far as I can get. I have never lived in Ohio?. Sounds fraudulent to me. I’ll keep at it no help is not ok. Save yourself a headache and avoid. I was a customer for 10 years.

Went in to replace a screen protector I had purchased and had replaced several times. I am the only person on the account and have the same last name as the “verified” account holder. The employee said “their verification system is broken so the only way to know if I can REPLACE A SCREEN PROTECTOR THAT HAS BEEN PAID FOR, I have to be a verified account holder.” She left me sitting there for 10 minutes just to continue to tell me no. I asked if I could call my mom and dad…they said there was “nothing they could do.” I have had this issue before when they neglected to appropriately and correctly activate my cell phone last year, and a time before this they said I “had to finance” my new phone instead of paying cash. Because their system is broken, they offered no solution. My parents aren’t even on the account. I am the ONLY phone number on the account. She treated me like I was stealing. I was not pleasant. But it is so frustrating to constantly be treated like a dishonest second class citizen. Ultimately, I will be cancelling service with t-mobile indefinitely. This store and company is a disaster. I would advise cell service from a different company.

T-Mobil..You failed! ??????This store has the rudest, meanest workers ever. We were helped by two very rude, female workers yesterday, (Friday August 4, 2023, around 1:00p.m.). Both of these workers really need to go back into training and learn how to be courteous and patient with customers. We are paying for our products and service, which in turn, pays their wages! Using threatening tones and being mean I'm sure is not one of their job descriptions. I regret having T-Mobil and am searching for new phone options for myself, my family and my extended family for the immediate future. ???

Not sure what was up with today but the lady that we had seemed to have been upset or something because we were rushed and also givin little attitude along with trying to be helped with. We came in to get help with our phones trying to do the exchange your broken phone for your new one, we got the new one but needed help transferring everything which we were told before the phones arrived that we'd get helped. We also had a phone that was supposed to be processed through warranty exchange and I guess some how the order was not put through even though I have gotten a text for it but it has been about 3 weeks have not heard from them.

Got a couple phones about a week ago and Liz was super helpful through the whole process getting my number switched over even though it looked like it was super annoying. You guys should give Liz a raise she’s awesome!!

Had a terrible experience with Xfinity across the street for home wifi. Decided to go and talk to T-Mobile to see how the experience is. Lex is a pro and handled the process well, even with some obstacles. Their systems as a whole are having some issues when you just have home wifi, but the customer service was great. Highly recommended!

I went in to pick up my warranty exchange phone and do a full data transfer and Lizley was amazing! She was very helpful and courteous as well as very knowledgeable and overall awesome!!! Thank you for your assistance and attention. Lizley rulez!
