10/11/23Named associate JacobManager TylerAnother associate presentGot a call from my grandfather who was upset. Stated he came in to dissolve my grandmother's account, his wife who just passed away, and open just a internet only in his name. He was told he could not open one it would be fraud. So they closed her account took all equipment, gave him a receipt just for returning equipment and Saud he'd still be charged all these fees and cancelation charges. Jacob was extremely disrespectful to him and had no consideration for my grabdfathers loss or emotions. So he called me to come in down. I asked to speak to a manager and they said the manager left. I asked for the associates name. He said Jacob and that's all you get because that's all I have to provide. I said ok corporates number we don't have it our manager is the one we answer to. Then I asked for the mangers name and number. All I know is personal and I'm not giving you that information. Like one thing after another. So we ended up leaving after arguing and he was raising his voice and being disrespectful. So I snapped a picture of the rude associate so some one can contact me. Also stay far away from this xfinity. They had no idea what to do with a dead account. Then said if e opened a new one in our names it would be fraud wow. Comcast education needed at your franchises to. Anyways this was horrible id stay away

Sheridan Riverfront is really great customer service. Jayden was very helpful in getting me what I did need and getting rid of want I didn't need. Very professional.

I work for Google Fiber and we boast 99.9% reliability. I quit Comcast because of terrible service but becuse I don’t have options in my building I’m back and the service is still terrible. Service has been off since 6am (it’s 5pm). No updates, no temporary service to stopgap, and according to their friendly (useless) chatbot I’m not eligible for a credit. Comcast reaffirms that customer satisfaction is merely an afterthought!

From start to finish, Daniel and Gabriel exhibited the highest level of Customer Service. Our concerns were all answered, our plans adjusted, and we left extremely happy.

BEWARE: store closes at 6, not 8 pm. I would have called and asked if they were open ahead of time but you can’t actually call a human with Xfinity.

Just be aware that they’re not open until 8 pm. They close at 6:00 on weekdays. Xfinity website even made a reservation for me at 6:30 for this location and sent me a text message 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Sadly, they were not open.

Great store great people and great experience. Only thing wrong the internet says they close at 8 pm and the sign at the store says 6pm. I went there yesterday thinking they were open and they weren't. Just keep in mind they close at 6pm...

THE PERSONAL THERE AT THIS STORE ARE INEPT IN THEIR ABILITY TO DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. WE RETURNED A BOX AND IT WAS NEVER CREDITED. THEY WE WERE CHARGED FOR ITEMS WE DIDN'T ORDER. SO THEN OUR NEXT OPTION IS TO GO WITHOUT CABLE TV. LIVING ON A RETIREMENT BUDGET MAKES IT HARD TO JUSTIFY TV. I RATHER EAT. SO THEY WILL NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. DON'T KNOW WHERE TO TURN.

Kay got me in and out in 10 minutes with a new modem after having to deal with the awful website. He was super friendly,informative, and helpful. Definitely go into the store! Especially river point!

HUGE shout out to Joe on 1/7/23 and 1/8/23 for helping me BOTH days and making sure he got me set up with an upgrade internet service AND router in hand since since I was struggling with upgrading via the online service. I can't recommend this guy enough! Definitely deserves a raise and is an asset to the corporation. Smart, Straightforward, and Serviceable. God I love when it's easy.

Allocate at least 30 minutes wait per person in line. Understand that while the staff may be competent, the other customers will hold them up with questions and haggling over pricing. Staff was nice, though

Girl explained it one way yet when I got my bill it stated something else and now I pay 60 a month more... This company is horrible avoid if possible!!!!!!!
