Our batteries were not even a year old but because they didn’t take our number when we first bought them they were not going to warranty them. James stepped in and not only did he replace them, but he actually sold us the correct ones. He was very kind, professional, and we walked out very pleased. “I cannot recommend Silverstar Auto Body Repair shop enough. Recently hit a deer on I70, brought my car into them to get a rough quote for insurance. Salvador gave me a quote within an hour and had my car fixed in a very timely manner once the parts arrived. When I picked up my car the interior and exterior looked brand new, you cannot even tell which side of the car was damaged originally. Salvador came within $200 of his original quote when he just eyeballed the damage. We are so very lucky to have such a great auto body shop that is timely, precise, and communicative during the entire process.
