“Didn't know what to expect stopping into a small town liquor store, but we were very impressed. The store is small, but every inch of it used to show case a huge variety of beer, wine, and liquor. All of the staff are cheerful and helpful. They even carry a small section of cigarettes and cigarettes. They even had a few choices for alcohol free wine.All in all, we were very impressed with the service and selection. If you're in the area, definitely check out Columbine Liquor for your adult beverage needs.”

Don't skip out on them just because they're small they are easily the best liquor shop here in Rifle and make extremely good use of their space.”

New Castle Liquors is easily one my favorite two liquor stores within 90 miles of Glenwood Springs.
The selection is top-notch and arranged well. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I walked in.
I have found items here that I couldn't find in Glenwood Springs more than once. The atmosphere is great, and the folks working there are always friendly. Every time.

“This place is great cuz the employers are very knowledgeable about the items they sell in the store. They have a drive up window and pick up online ordering. I was most of the products they sell are cheaper than other places around here. They even have a decent selection of wine.”

“First, I'd like to state I love this store. That being said; my last visit was not pleasant. I lost my wallet and didn't have my ID, and she denied service. Perfectly fine. Considering I frequent this store almost daily, I was a bit upset I had to run across town get my old license. I admit I threw it down on the counter, but her reaction was beyond uncalled for. She cussed at me and threw all my quarters on the ground, then said I was acting like a baby. Really? You're the one throwing my things on the floor. Every experience can't be pleasant, so despite my ban, I will accurately review this as 5 stars.”
