Claimed there wasn't a mailbox at an address where I sent a card.... I've been to the house, there's definitely a box. Plus they delivered it two doors down first where the house number was the same, but different street. How do I know this? The person at that house scribbled all over it that it was delivered at their address... Oh, they also apparently tried to put it in a PO Box when it has a physical address (also notes written). Took a month and a half for me to receive it back as "undeliverable". What a mess!

Absolutely awful. Won't deliver packages too big to fit in mailbox to the door, making you come pick it up (but they'll still deliver the mail to our box?!).The last 2 weeks I’ve stopped in to the post office attempting to pickup my packages only to be told “they’ll show up at your house just give it a couple more days”. Completely unacceptable service from this location.

Says they close at 5 pm M-F, I showed up on Thursday and Friday with 20 minutes of spare and they were closing the front without letting me get my package. Either change the hours or do a better job.

Absolutely awful. Won't deliver packages too big to fit in mailbox to the door, making you come pick it up (but they'll still deliver the mail to our box?), and then closes 15 min early, after getting off early to run and try to get my stuff! Worst USPS experience I've ever had.

I work for another government agency in a leadership role where training means everything. These folks need to be trained better. It’s an ongoing joke in Silt about how bad the customer service is here and they’re not lying. Had an issue with a label and also a few unrelated questions related to my job and receiving mail today that was shut down and cut off time and time again; as I left the employee told the customer behind me she ‘needed a breather’ after all my questions. Went to the Rifle PO and had the best encounter! Friendly, attentive staff. Resolved my label issue quickly and helped me get all my questions answered in regards to my work mail needs. The entire feeling and mood in that post office is positive and fun! I will be making the extra drive to get treated better. Kindness matters, especially in small communities.

Horrible horrible horrible service, i have called for two weeks trying to find a check that they lost and no calls back. Multiple calls with she will call you back and nothing I hope they lose their jobs and they find someone who can actually do their jobs. Thanks for nothing silt post office!!!

The staff here are so friendly and helpful everytime I've gone to ship anything. I live in Rifle and drive to Silt to use their services because the Rifle PO is so horrible.

The main worker that is at this location is useless. She is beyond unprofessional when interacting with customers. If you are looking to mail anything do not go to this location with questions.

Our mail is consistently delivered to the wrong address and in many cases NEVER delivered, even though we get receipt of delivery. There are 3 addresses all with the same numerics as mine in the same three blocks, but very different street names. Please try to read the entirety of the address. Medical bills that never show up cause problems!

I was hesitating for almost 2 years in using the services of this USPS in Silt, I made the mistake to go and used it and update my local address just for them to loose my package, and they are so unprofessional, irresponsible and unethical people. 2 weeks going back and forward and the only responds is to transfer me over to someone else. I talk to Wendy twice never hear back from her, talk to a woman in Rifle her response was that she is busy, like if I not. They think that this is a free service and they treat people like if we owned them something. They made a mistake and the best way for them to fixed is to be arrogant and unprofessional.You guys are suck!
