Doordasher here. The guy that work around midnight barely speak English. All stores have the item ready. Every time I’m there, he has me going around collecting item in the store. Btw there no customers in the store to attend to, it’s midnight. One night I waited 10 minutes outside the store to see if he’ll have it ready. He did NOT. I did all his work again.

I went in to get a few drinks and a charger I had no idea they stoped selling alcohol after midnight. I got my charger and allergy medicine and he charged me for extra things I did not buy so I confronted him about them and he only refunded half of it he was also very rude about me wanting a charger cable saying are you sure this is the one you want multiple times, even after I said yes, and then said he would not refund it. It was just an awful experience with an awful cashier

Worker don’t know show a 2 for $5 sale works. He argued with me over the price even when I showed them clearly how it worked. Then said it’s only for members. When I put in my member number, he said it’s only for people who have points. I’ve never experienced anything like that…walked out.

WORST gas station I have ever stopped at. First pump I stopped at was leaked all over the ground and over me, I went in to let the workers know and she looked at me with a blank stare and said “Maybe we’re out of gas” she left the pump open for use even though it was leaking everywhere and essentially just thought it wasn’t her problem. Next pump I went to wouldn’t allow me to pay at the pump without authorization. I went in again and she said she couldn’t help me (even though the registers were beeping letting her know it needed to be authorized). I did end up leaving and going to a different gas station. Overall, my experience here was awful and I think some new staffing is needed.

Super uncomfortable to have these 2 beggars standing and crowding patrons at the entrance of this 7-11 business Sunday afternoon today with their beggar sign. This is really bad business for customers. Store & bathroom is also so dirty, except dunkin donuts store - it was clean as I exited the side door.

Unacceptable behavior from those 2 wannabe princess at the register. Mumbling in spanish , and don’t say anything in English is truly a self reflection of yourself. Shame on you.

Typical 7-11. Maybe a little dirtier than locations I'm familiar with. Register person was quiet/mute, didn't say hello, thank you, or even the total charge.

No fluid in the windshield washer bucket, and the one squeegee I found was broken. At $4.98 for 85 octane, gas was a dollar more per gallon than at a station down the street.

The franchise owner Vonley Starkey is unprofessional and rude to customers. They charge a 70% city tobacco tax for nicotine products and it is listed as a third item on the receipt. He then berates customers when they inquire about it. This man is unhinged, I would recommend going somewhere else.

Terrible Service and unacceptable and inappropriate rude behavior. Veronica was trying to charge me $1.00 for the free small creamer packets. Harassed me like I was trying to steal from the store. Discrimination and profiling. Racism exist.
