These guys saw me struggling to replace my headlights outside the auto parts store & just jumped into help me without hesitation. It wasn’t as easy as we thought it would be but the guys spent the time to get me all figured out. Great people!

If this guy thinks you don't know anything about mechanics, he's going to charge you extra time. 1.5 hours to replace 4 spark plugs. He's not going to answer your calls or texts if he's late with the job. I paid $1,900 for a job that the dealership charges $1,300 for.

Honestly they save my life! I was driving to vail when my car brakes completely broke! I came on friday five minutes before they close on labor weekend and they decided to fix my car by saturday even though they were close. I would have absolutely had no way of going home of they haden't been flexible. Thank you!

This was the worst experience i have ever had with a business.
I dropped off my vehicle and they had it for 9 hours. During that time no work was done and i was unable to contact them, no response to text, call and the shop was locked for +30min at 2pm when i went there to try to get some answers. While there i spoke to another customer who hadn't had their car (again with basically no communication) for 9 days.
My vehicle was left with the window down the entire time and some kind of paint was spilled on the dash.
I was only able to talk to someone when i physically went to their location, i did this 3 times and actually spoke to someone twice.
Both times i spoke to someone i was supposedly second in line and they would "get to me soon".
At the end of the day i went back and spoke to who i believe was the owner and took my car. After paying $80 for a "diagnosis"
This was not a professional shop.
I should have done better research and read more of Auto Motives reviews. All bad reviews are responded to by the owner in a hostile way? Not a place i would want to do business. Its "the cheapest in town" for a reason.
Hope others can see this and save their time and money.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I hope they can fix a car because everything else was awful...Just to say it publicly, here you go. 9 days to get what was basically shocks and struts:
Called for appointment to get my car fixed and was told told to drop off Monday 9 AM , which I did. Monday goes by, Tuesday, no call from Auto Motives. So, Wednesday morning I call and a woman says, she's been trying to get ahold of me. Apparently she'd taken my phone number down wrong (she seemed to blame me, like I gave her the wrong number?). Did she bother to check caller ID? Look for a similar number? Of course not! But, she then sent a text with an estimate, I approved the repairs and was told the car would be ready on Thursday. Perfect! Thursday, no word, all day Friday, no word. Finally I call on Friday afternoon and am told the car will be ready by the end of the day. OK, screwed up my Friday, but car is done. I say to the woman, Hey, I'm riding my bike from Breck, 15 miles, so are you sure it will be ready? Don't make me ride there and then tell me it won't be ready til Monday.... guess what? I ride there and she tells me it won't be ready til Monday (at this point is becomes apparent that my car is their least priority, as the mechanic is stuck on some bolts and not even close to being done). Fast forward to Monday. All day goes by, no word (yes, good communication is a big part of customer service. All you want is honest communication about what's happening!). Finally I call in the evening expecting to get a voicemail, but some guy answers. I start to explain the issue, and, honest to god, the guy spends 10 minutes yelling at me, telling me how, they ordered the wrong parts (my fault because I have German car), my car is neglected (yeah, that's why I'm bringing it in to get work), it's not like "flipping burgers" (I swear, he said this 3 times!). All I was trying to say was that I need my car by....cuts me off again and again basically screaming: Everyone needs their car! There's a free public transportation system in the County! Thanks, I know this, but what I was trying to say, but couldn't because I was getting screamed at, was that I need to pick up my daughter on Wednesday morning at the airport, so if my car isn't going to be ready, then please let me know so I can make other plans. Impossible. He kept talking over me. Finally, I said, have a good night. Probably the most rude, unresponsive, unpleasant customer service experience I've had in awhile, and, yes, the bar is set pretty low. Finally, Tuesday AM I get a bill via text, and so I pay, head over at 2 PM. No one there! Won't answer their phone, nothing. I wait and wait and an hour later someone show's up and I get my car. That was the capper. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had getting a car repaired (and, yes, once again, the bar is set pretty low)... Do your self a favor and go anywhere else. Auto Motives aren't just bad, it's like they're being intentionally rude.
