“Nolan was extremely helpful and patient with me. The guys are all around great, knowledgeable and super friendly!! I would highly recommend Advance Auto over any other parts store in Summit County”
“They saved me. I was heading up to Kremlin with my granddaughters and my dogs and my window wouldn’t go up. In a matter of minutes, they fixed it, let my dogs come in gave them water. They are the best thank you.”
“Friendly and easy to work with! I didn’t get auto body repair done here, but stopped by for another need and they were the only shop in town willing to help. Highly recommend.”
“Best service department I’ve ever been to! Saved me while on a camping trip! 10/10 recommend for customer service, fast problem solving and a very pleasant experience! Bonus points for being so dog friendly!”
“Karen is the best manager ever and Jack was incredibly helpful. Customer service exceeded my expectations and willingness to help resolve my issue was impeccable.”
“The staff was extremely helpful and patient, especially given I had a handful of complications. They helped me track down a credit union for a rate that fit my budget. And the dealer, Priscilla, kept me at ease for my first purchase from a dealership that wasn't outright cash!”

“Sent my steering box for a 1960 Ford F100 to be rebuilt. This came back in perfect working order. I highly recommend these people. It seriously looked like a brand new part.”
