“I ordered leaf springs to fit my 1970 Olds Toronado, upgrading from mono-leaf to quad-leaf. Despite a promise of 8-12 weeks for delivery, mine arrived within 5 weeks (I am not saying this is typical, just that it is possible). The quality of the springs is outstanding -- the build quality is robust, they look attractive, and both springs are consistent with one another in any measurement I could take -- and the fit is perfect. Since the vehicle's restoration is not yet complete, it will be a while before I can speak to performance, but as the springs settle, it appears factory ride height and stance will be maintained. I had several post-purchase questions, and Mark was both quick to respond and helpful. Absolutely will use A1 for future projects. Final note: most auto parts stores provide rearward leaf spring bushings fit to vehicle make and model, which was not helpful for custom-made springs. I ended up going with Stengel Bros., as they provide bushings with all pertinent dimensions noted. I found this invaluable for my installation.”

“The engine in my Kia Sorento failed heading up to the Eisenhower-Johnson tunnels from Silverthorne. I had the car towed to JH Mountain Auto. The next morning I called and spoke to Mario about getting the car diagnosed and repaired as needed. Mario informed me that that the engine in this car had a history of similar failures and was subject to a warranty extension which could pay for the repairs. I had the car towed to Denver where it is currently under evaluation. Obviously huge thanks to Mario for providing that information which could end up saving me thousands of dollars! I would definitely recommend and go back to JH Mountain Auto after this clear demonstration that they do what's best for the customer.Thanks Mario!!”
