I would 100% recommend Blue Valley for e-bike rentals! They had the best prices we found and a quick, professional and very friendly rental process. We had a large group who all rented e-bikes. It was a great way to cruise around Lake Dillon, pedal around the town and little back streets of Frisco and make the ride up to Copper for a bite to eat before cruising back down to the shop to drop off. We all had the BEST time and look forward to renting again from Blue Valley - great activity for families/friends.

Great service and polite service upon picking up our gear. All gear performed as expected during our three day rental. Upon returning- the salesperson was very rude..."shouted at us from across the store"put your skis down over there". We did as told and , since her never came up to greet us we thought we were done and walked out. Guy then chases us out the door letting us know we had to check out and called us idiots. Plenty of other great rental companies to choose from-

Very helpful and kind! Asked how our day was going and what we needed and was able to help. Another customer came in and he didn't have what they needed and he was kind enough to direct them to somewhere that did.

Liked and used this place for many years until the pandemic. Went back the first time for Spring Break and the place appeared to be changed. Gone are the smiling helpers and the pleasant experiences.

Been going to this place for a bit and didn’t have any problems. This time the staff was rude the moment we entered. One man made the environment very uncomfortable and yelled at customers. He was very short tempered, didn’t expect people to know how to think for themselves and seemed predisposed to hate anyone who walked through the door. The employees were not in a good mood while finding some boots and skies. I would be very uncomfortable here if I was a first time skier and didn’t know exactly what to get. Overall they were very unprofessional and I won’t be coming here for a while until I hear better things about the service.

We're a family of 8 and had a great experience. We came for the prices and told everyone to line up and follow instructions based on the reviews I read but we found them to be super nice. They were direct in order to keep things moving and I liked that. As soon as things were underway they chatted with us and asked questions about our skiing experience to get us just the right stuff. Pick up and return was a breeze. Great shop and great group of people.

Rented ski gear from this place for 1x per year for about 10 years. The gear has always been solid, the location is great (right along I-75) and the prices are attractive with online reservation. But....do they have to be so grumpy? Dang....always feel bad walking out of here. Would love this place otherwise.

The gear was great; the value was amazing, but the communications and customer service could use some definite improvement. We called about extending our rental, and the response was both uninformative and, frankly, rude. We called again, got a different person, and a totally different answer. When we actually returned equipment, asking for a receipt was like asking for a miracle. Even when we picked up our gear, the staff was rude about waiting for our entire crew to finish renting - telling us to get our stuff out of the store. I am sure this staff puts up with some awful people; we were not them. And, we drove 20 minutes to get the gear. A little courtesy could go a long way.

This place was terrible. The people employees were rude. They were talking trash in Spanish. But nosotros hablamos español. Their “demo” package gear isn’t worthy of a yard sale. We got into town late tho so we figured we’d just roll with the punches. We hit the mountain the next morning. My board was so in need of waxing I hardly made it down the first run. I took it to the tuning center which cost me an hour of fresh pow. And then I get back out there and two of my four straps are so old and worn out they wouldn’t stay tight. I returned them that day of course. And they were rude again. So surprise this time tho.

Great service! Reserved online ahead of time walked in and out in a few minutes with all of our equipment we requested. Super helpful and friendly stuff. Saved hundreds of dollars by renting through them and taking to Loveland for the day.

If you are going to ski at any of the local slopes, do yourself the favor and check out Blue Valley. They rent equipment packages at a fraction of what you would pay at any of the resorts. ($23/day for adults, $11/day for children)We were in and out in about 20 minutes. At the end of the day (we only rented for one day, but you can go longer) the return was super easy, and just an in and out job.I do believe that you even save 20% if you make an online reservation.

Worst customer service EVER. The older gentlemen, white hair and a beard made the return experience awful. So so rude. Literally rushed, and belittled me and my family as we were carrying In loads of equipment. The guy that checked us in was also rude insisting that I was responsible for not catching a warped plastic part inside of my boot… The old guy takes the cake however. His condescending attitude was intolerable. At the end of the return process as I was asking a question he yelled “now walk away, walk away” “there ya go.”I have never been so disrespected and insulted by someone in customer service. I would pay far more for basic decency.

Have been renting here the last 2 years with friends. Highly recommend. Good pricing for good equipment. Service is incredible.
