After Safelite brought the wrong windshield and couldn't calibrate the cameras on my Subaru during a mobile visit, Michael (the owner) and Jesus took the time to diagnose the computer faults and get everything working perfectly.
What really stood out was the customer service. Michael was friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Since I love learning how things work, he explained what they were doing as they took everything apart, which I really appreciated.
It's refreshing to find a locally owned business with this level of expertise and genuine care for its customers. They've earned my trust, and I'll gladly recommend The Retro Station to my friends!”
