We drove three hours to shop at Carter’s. The website stated they opened at 10am, when we arrived at 10:15am there was a hand written sign on the door with temporary hours stating it opened at 11am. When we came back at 11:30, the doors were still locked and there was no answer at their phone number. Extremely disappointing.

Visit 1 - Before Thanksgiving - Wonderful, I exchanged several items from my baby shower without a receipt. The employees were very friendly and helpful.
Visit 2 - Today 12/29/18 - Awful, I tried to exchange a couple more items again without a receipt. The manager was rude, telling me that it was only same day exchanges even though I had done it before. It felt like she was just trying to get rid of me because she didn't have the time.

Me and my wife love stopping here when we're in town. They always have great deals. This time around I had to use the bathroom and used the one they use for employees only and blew it up lol. The cashier gave me a mean look lol. I don't care. Take some Lysol and holy water to cleanse that the next time you clean it.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store and most importantly....its employees. You're always greeted (unlike Osh Kosh where you're ignored the entire time you're in there) and they're so helpful to find the right item in the right size for my daughter. Always so nice without being hovering, always patient and kind. Love this store!!!
