My husband was in line for several minutes. The person checking out 2 in front of him was asked by cashier if she'd like to get another item for a bigger discount. She said yes and walked away to shop. Cashier would not open up another register and expected all shoppers to wait in line while the woman shopped to get another discount. We left without our merchandise as we had a child who had waited patiently and there was no telling how long we would have to wait.Very Disappointing.

The guy that was running the place was excellent, accommodating, and had great information. But, if I were to give one tip (man to man), it is that he probably shouldn't mention socialism to customers. Personally, I wasn't offended but that's a quick way to make someone upset.5/5 would come in again.

This is such a terrible part Colorado for travelers. There is zero rest stop for hundreds of miles traveling through to Grand Lake. Shame on you Colorado, this territory of Colorado stinks.

The man working started spewing UNWELCOMED lies about vaccines and politics. Told him my Dad died of Covid and he didn’t care! If this is a representation of Silverthorne I’m very afraid to return! ?

Unusual outlet experience as the outlets and clustered into three little village and it's a bit of a walk to get between them all. Not a big deal if it's nice weather but when we visited it was raining, so not so ideal. It would be difficult for someone with mobility issues to negotiate among all three villages so keep that in mind if you're coming here with older folks. They have some decent stores like Le Creuset, Coach and Sketchers. These were all well stocked but some stores we visited like Under Armor and Calvin Klein seemed to have very little inventory. We didn't buy a thing here as we really didn't see anything we liked enough to buy. However, we did hit our step goals walking around the place and my bf enjoyed watching people fishing in the neighboring stream. Plenty of parking and right off I-70.

Good info, restrooms. If you go north from there across the street and parking lot, you can walk a very nice Riverside trail.
