Rude attitude, ask the lady to change her gloves to grab food after she handle money and she acted very rude and nasty attitude, health department should pay her a visit

Put a $150 hold on my card when I got gas, it's still there two days later. The $20 charge for the actual gas is posted. Just called this number and the 7/11 and neither work. This number is just some person and the 7/11 is a fax machine?!
I know in Colorado it's normal to have a $100 hold on gas but it's gone like 30 mins later. Two days to have that much pending for no reason is disruptive, especially when traveling.
Am I gonna have to dispute this with my bank?! Or drive all the way back up there to actually talk to someone?! I'm only using cash for gas in this state, and everyone else, I'd avoid this gas station

Bathrooms are filthy and out of tissue, as well as paper towels. The pump was out of paper recipe. The owner gave me attitude after I complained about them being out of paper.

No receipt at the pump, disgusting bathrooms with toilet paper all over the floor, dirty toilet, out of soap and paper towels. Didn't have my phone on me to take pictures of the bathroom. I would not recommend this gas station.

Air pump is physically broken. Female staff member working at 14:00 on 11/24/21 couldn’t have cared less and was unpleasant. Too bad 7-11 can’t hire people who give a fig about their job.

Significantly more expensive than other nearby stations (except the Exxon which is even worse) - and they just don’t keep it maintained. Zero water in *any* of the window cleaner buckets and even the pumps are out of receipt paper half the time (like now).
