Terrible costumer service. The old lady with the glasses and that one girl named Jocelyn were being extremely rude even though they were not the ones helping me. The girl Jocelyn has something against my friend and made sure to tell the lady helping me to not cash in my check. Would not recommend coming here at all.

Horrible customer service AND comprehension! It is absolutely terrifying that these people are handling other's money! The management staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, however the tellers are great! They literally closed my account with no notice...I literally received a check in the mail with the funds that were in the account...zero explanation and no note attached. I had to call the 24 hour customer service department to find out that they closed my business account. Extremely unprofessional and down right disrespectful! DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!!!!

DO not care about customers! Had accounts with them for 25+ Years. I had two safety deposit boxes and cancelled one. They want to charge me for the year on it $100 even though a) I no longer can use it and b) I can't get it back as they are all rented.

An average Colorado bank. I use to bank with them, when my ex and I were together. A lesson learned, keep separate accounts! Most tellers are friendly and helpful. I've lived in Summit going on 15 years so I know many faces and names. They are a larger Colorado bank and admittedly, I hate their fee structure. As the cliche goes, banks are greedy. They do charge a $5 processing fee to cash a check, even if it's from their bank if you don't have an account. Business I guess. I like that drive-thru is open till 6pm. My company does a lot of business with them. Their Silverthorne branch needs some work. They have not had the 1st teller drive-thru opened in over a year. Then last week the 2nd drive-thru was broke. The area leading up to the drive-thru never gets sun so it gets VERY icy in the winter. This bank was also the sponsor bank for Denver 2018 Comic Con. There was a dozen ATM's there. Fees were RIDICULOUS! REMINDER TO SELF, BRING CASH AND PREPARE NEXT TIME!!
