What a pleasant experience with a lovely young woman, Kim, who could not have been more helpful. We needed packing supplies for art and she knew exactly how to assist us. Thank you Kim, we will definitely be back.

Place is cool, but the curly haired broad isn't ever pleasant, Usually quite rude and dismissive. Cut the attitude when we ask a question ffs, you bring the place down. Bad attitude for sure.

Very professional and accommodating ! Everyone knows the struggle with post offices in the county, this is exactly what this town needed ! They are very helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to help and make sure items get in and out on time. Can’t say more good things about this business and their owners !

Just Send It is amazing! For years USPS lost package after package, returned properly addressed packages and sooo many other issues. I switch my PO box over to Just Send It and couldn’t be happier. I’ve been using Just Send It for almost a year now. They’re always kind, have great customer service, they haven’t lost a single package, Huck & Finn the shop dogs are incredibly cute, and for the service they offer it’s really a great deal. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide!!

best shipping/receiving spot around, millions of times easier than the “post office”. deliveries are almost always ready to pick up day of, plus they send you an email when it’s ready. no lines, no confusion, no hassle. if there’s something wrong with the delivery they will be enthusiastic to help track it down and get it here. These guys are pros, and it shows.

Was excited when this space opened awhile back, hoping it would alleviate our overwhelmed USPS. Employee was rude & dismissive when I tried to purchase mailing supplies though. Space is cluttered and disorganized so I go to UPS store in Dillon if I need something shipped that I can’t arrange online.
